HJ will play Sweeney Thursday night at Deer park at 7:30pm. HJ won the toss and chose to play Thursday night since the HJ girls will be playing in the Regional Semi-Final on Friday night. Sweeney beat Smithville by 4 tonight.

I have spoke with the HJ principle and he will be discussing this with the Senior Hawk Hecklers on Wednesday. I currently have 100 tickets that are available for the Hecklers for Saturday nights game. You guys get with Mr. Nolte and let me know!!!! If you choose to do it, come early so that you can get in front of the LU student section....that will be the closest to the visitors bench.

BTW...it has been almost 15 hours since HJ beat Silsbee!!! Where are all the Silsbee talkers that packed this board after Silsbee beat HJ?

Lazeek why can't you be happy for both team for doing really well this year. You make it sound like Silsbee is justs plain sorry and it was a fluke agaisnt HJ at their place. Well it wasn't they was prepared and last night was a off night for them Or Silsbee can put a * on theirs since they beat HJ without Burrell and HJ won by 18 and 22 respectively. ;D Mine was a jab at Aggiesarewe..........I am happy that these two get to play each other in preparations for the playoffs. Hopefully they will see each other again in the Regional final. Just settle down!!!!

After watching the HJ/Silsbee game in the Montagne last night it really makes me realize how pathetic the LU student section is. The Hawk Hecklers were incredible. They took up the entire section where the band usually is and they were rocking the Montagne last night. Maybe for the next LU home game LU can contact the Hawk Hecklers agent and see about giving them 150-200 tickets FREE and they can come in and show the LU students how to do it. ;D

Even though it was not the best song choices for a basketball game (I understand it was Valentines night).....I would much rather have the radio play than the band in my opinion.
