You're exactly right. That friendswood game was freakin sweet and I have a feeling we're going to have another "Friendswood game" coming up this saturday...(HOPEFULLY NOT ANOTHER ONE OF THEM DOUBLE OVERTIME GAMES WE'VE HAD WITH THEM LAST YEAR AND THE YEAR BEFORE :roll: !)

Oh yeah. You need to have some confidense going into a game or you'll lose, but yeah they are really good but we are really good too. It's not going to be a blowout on either side. Nederland by 10. :wink:

Our defense has improved. Maybe not TREMENDOUSLY but improved none the less. I'm telling you. Galena Park will NOT have an answer for Micha. NOBODY HAS HAD AN ANSWER FOR THE BOY ALL YEAR! He's going to play like a man possest. And I'm letting ya'll know this...don't focus on just Micha this game. I have a feeling Alex is going to have a good game hooking up with Logan and Josh in the air. Watch out! It's playoffs time in Texas and ya'll are talking about records? Ummm. the season is over. It amazes me that noone has talked about Dravanti Johnson a whole lot. This young man had impressed me and is getting offers from some top D1 colleges...A&M, UT, Texas Tech, Florida...You name it. This guy is only a jr. and is playing like a man possest. What do ya'll think?

Oh yeah! once he hits the hole, he turn on those burners and smokes ya! Did it twice against LaMarque for what I can remember and all night against Lumberton. He's a hoss!

And 2 of our non district games were against LaMarque and Waller and we were close upsetting those 2.

I believe 5-5 overall counting no distrcit...but we had a very wide open district this year. Dayton and Central took the 1 and 2 spot and the 3rd playoff spot was WIDE...I mean WIDE OPEN! We shot ourselves in the foot in 1 game but I think we are better than some people give us credit for this year. We're not one of those former Nederland power houses but i think we're pretty good.

Plain and simple... All i've got to say is I couldn't be more proud of Micha and how he played this year. he has a lot to be proud of and has a BRIGHT futre in college ball. Good luck Micha. Love ya man. 8)

N one has found an answer for mosley all year...besides Dayton and I still think he got near 100 yrds. If GP can't stop big M. then Nederland has this game...and IMO I think this is going out on a limb but if and I mean IF the other opponents we face in the playoffs CANT stop mosley and Theriot and little bass. I find us going a long ways. That is going out on a limb but I think our team has found our character and has straightened up. Quote me if you wish but I think we have a very good shot at upsetting some teams and going the distance. :wink:

Indian Chiefe, you're exactly right. Win in the first round and get the big MOMENTUM and you never know. Like I've always said...that's why the game's played on the field and not on paper. Stay healthy and pound their defense and show them what Bulldog football is all about, baby!

We overcame a lot this year and got in the playoffs baby and have a shot for a state championship! What do ya'll think? I've got a lot of buddies who are still playing this year and I couldn't be more proud of them how they stuck through this season and got in for the 11th YEAR IN A ROW BABY! How ya'll feel about that?

Well all I know is if you make it past the regular season and make it into the playoffs then you are a good football team. If you make it to the playoffs ELEVEN YEARS IN A ROW that IS something to brag about. I'm not just saying this beacause I'm from Nederland...well maybe I am but none the less it is something to brag about and I am proud of our school and our athletic program for it. We have great coaches' date=' great kids, and a great football program and until you go to the playoffs eleven years in a row, yeah! UH HUH! And next year we're looking to make it twelve.[/b']
