  1. I'll probably just go to the Parkdale Mall one @ noon on Saturday. The Friday one is just at a furniture store. Who knows....if a lot of people I know are going on both days, then I might too.

  6. And don't forget the jester hat on Mardi Gras! We make him wear it every year, and then the players have to wear it and autograph it.
  7. [Hidden Content] I think I still have a Zamboni trading card. 8) Zamboni machines throughout the years: [Hidden Content] - Evolution.html Snoopy comics: [Hidden Content] And for the Zamboni song, I have it up on the TWFC site: [Hidden Content] Lyrics to the song: [Hidden Content]
  8. Thank you! The Enterprise always seems to be one player off. We have 11 players signed, not 10. And the previous articles say that we have one less player than we do. Who is missing?
  9. I've changed the countdown so that it counts down to training camp. After training camp begins, I'll change it to count down to the home opener. Oh, and now it should be viewable in Firefox. 8)
  10. What was your first clue?
  11. Yep! And I have even added a poll to the front page. More to come!
  12. I've added his player profile to the Texas Wildcatters Fan Club website.
  13. Cool. I wonder, who the radio affiliate will be for the 'Catters this year? First season was 1340-1380 and the second season was 1450 "The Ticket". I didn't care for "The Ticket" very much, as the ads were very annoying compared to other stations. And you couldn't get either station outside of Beaumont.
  14. More has been added since yesterday: A music player to the front page so you can stop, pause, fast-forward or rewind the music. The photos page has the video of the Wildcatters vs. Ice Gators bench-clearing brawl; team photos will be added shortly. I've cleaned up the navigation so that you can go to any page wherever you are; the only exception is the player profiles, which have a "Go back" button that takes you back to the main roster page. There's now a page that has the Wildcatters' schedule. And also, there's a music page that has hockey songs and songs played at the games for people to listen to. A lot of work, but it's worth it.
  15. The board is one year old today! It has had its hard times, since it was made the day after Katrina and not too long before Rita, therefore many people weren't able to visit the site. And, we had a slow bit of time for a while because of the "non season" last year, causing people to lose interest. But now that hockey is heating back up, the board is coming to life! The reason for the board was to have a place for all people to feel welcome in posting -- personal differences aside. Here's to many more years at Texas Hockey Fans!
  16. I've been working on it for a while, and the new site design is finally up! It has a better design that before, plus player profiles and a links page(which has a link to this site  ). Let me know what you think.
  17. All of the local stations did a great job on this story. Keep up the good work, guys!
  18. There's still quite a few spots that need to be saved for the AHL prospects, but training camp in 04-05 had about twice the size of a normal roster...then they cut guys or sent them back to the AHL after training camp. Oh, Shields is the first UK guy signed by the Wildcatters. [Hidden Content]
  19. [Hidden Content] Shields and Mullin.
  20. There's a rumor that the Wildcatters will get a player by the name of Leon Hayward. Click here for more info!
  21. From what I have heared, t-shirts are coming soon. We just have to wait for the logo to be finished.
