Look at it another way. Do you think Dan Hooks would have had as much success in BH as he has had at WOS? No way! You still need talent and WOS has lots of it. As much success as WOS... I do not think it would be appropriate to share on a forum. It was nothing serious...as in w/ the law. drugs, etc. More along insubordination within the football arena....which probably resulted from frustration over our slow start. Carter and Jay are both great kids and hard workers. They will be fine. From what I hear, everything has been dealt with and is a thing of the past. Thanks for that, it is the same scenario I was told also. Just checking facts. They are good kids and they need them both on the field playing. Carter didn't get Newcomer for nothing last year. Good luck to them both.

Not saying they have not won lots of games, in the past 10 years. Not saying I don't support the boys, I have, always will, never say die Eagle fan for many many years. Not a nay sayer, or a person that jumps ship because they lost their first games either...Criticism is both good and bad, kind of like life and changing football seasons..you take them all in stride. Over the years whether winning or losing people make comments about the team,town, and yes the coaches.

: I have an idea..there is a dice game LRC (left,right,center) This way they can shake it up on the sidelines...and roll em and then decide which way the quarterback will go with the ball. What happened to all of the good receivers from last year...I know they are back this year, why are we not throwing the ball to them. If you don't start using them you are going to lose them...and a lot more games too. I am an Eagle from way back, this is disheartening. I know you can't always be the best every year, or district champs, or 10-0...but a "w" in the column would be nice to see. Shake it up man...some of those new plays I hear about being worked on in practice...lets take them out under the "lights" and see if they work. At this point what is it going to hurt. Might even boost the boys morale a bit, and you know it is needed.

You think those kids went out there saying...hey beat me in overtime by a field goal...that is what I planned for my friday night under the lights...Those kids get enough grief from everyone as it is. They don't need your "extra" help.

Bh89-2 the last game I went too, which was recently there were 11 kids on each side of the ball not just 2 "bright spots", wouldn't those 2 get pretty tired out there all alone?? Regardless what happens this is a team effort win or lose..

Congrats Eagles!!! Way to go. ;D Coming in to that game early down by 2 tds was hard to swallow then the boys stepped up like most of us on here knew that they could. Team is full of boys with determination, and ability. Their machine was clicking in tune last night. 34way to drive the ball, like a tank. 10 and 18 can chunk em and 82 can fly!! Defense, Defense, Defense way step up and play in their "Pasture of Pain" Everyone should be proud of these kids.
