1. Liberty University (VA) Football is highly interested in Caleb. Coached by the past great Nebraska (QB) Turner Gill and d-line coached by H.O.F. Mike Singletary's (brother).  Also contacted by Houston Baptist again this week (like him as d-lineman/fullback huh?) Any incite about either of these programs would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Team Malveaux
2. Not yet, but I hope to hear from them soon. Caleb has received the (2) offers mentioned above. Schools who have shown the most interests thus far in no particular order are: La Tech, Uni. Louisiana-Monroe, Southern Louisiana, Sam Houston St., Houston Baptist, San Angelo, North TX. He also had Jr. Day visits to UTSA, Uni. Louisiana-Lafayette, and Lamar. Thanks for asking, Team Malveaux.
3. Malveaux receives second offer today (5-23-13) from Southland Conference School. (1)Lamar, (2)Incarnate Word, (3)Who next????????
4. Nederland's junior defensive tackle, Caleb Malveaux (#49) receives his first official offer today from The Lamar Cardinals. Congratulations, Caleb and best of luck on the upcoming season. Thanks Team Malveaux Jr. Highlights 2012. [Hidden Content]#
5. I would like to congratulate Caleb and share some family news on his behalf. Simply because if you truly know Caleb he is a very quiet and humble kid. He has begun to receive recruitment letters as well as e-mails of interest from various schools. Such as Georgia Tech, Arizona, SMU, TCU, Texas A&M(tamu.scout.com) and last but not least Lamar. Caleb was injured Friday night against Vidor. He is recovering well and was able to put some pressure on it today as he continues to get treatment on it. Thanks to all who care and those who have checked on him(friends and coaches). Thanks on behalf of the Malveaux's and may god bless you all. Sincerely Caleb's Proud Dad.
6. Malveaux, will be ready to go for Livingston. He is a true warrior and he will come back even harder than before. In regards to the illegal chop block , that is the only way Vidor was able to block this kid!!!!!!!!!! Caleb Malveaux is true nose guard, who requires a double team 75% of the time. With that being said, it will take more than Vidor's cheap shots, to deter this kid from his mission. Which is to put the center into the lap of the QB or back and play on the offenses side of the ball. Last night he did his job extremely well, which led to Vidor having to play on the edges most of the night. To all those who are praying for Caleb Malveaux thank- you very much and God bless you all. Sincerely Caleb's DAD.
Malveaux for Ned went down on a chop block. Looked bad initially, but he came back in and then exited again. Hope he is ok.
7. Caleb "Baby Grizzly" Malveaux #50 for the Nederland Bulldogs continues to show great potential as he continues his personal attack on O-Lineman. Baby Grizzly finished his first Varsity season with some outstanding accolades and achieved all of his goals that he had set prior to the season. Still not satisfied, after a good playoff run he began to train a week after that loss. And it is that dedication that is beginning to pay dividends. Nike Sparq Combine (Mar.3, 2012) Sparq rating (74) and places #145 out of 1000+ athletes (that includes skill positioned players as well as lineman). Two weeks later (Mar.18, 2012) at the Next Level Athlete Showcase Baby Grizzly earns the Defensive Lineman MVP as a sophomore, while competing against some Houston's elite seniors and juniors. Talking about a proud father! Love you son, hustle hard and keep grinding. P.S. Special thanks to Nederland's Coach Stoker for his time, effort, and patience.
8. Nederland also has 20-4A Newcomer of the year and first team all district Caleb Malveaux(DT).  Who will only be a junior in 2013. As well as Kendrick Hopkins(RB), Deshawn Washington(TE/DL), Colton Kimler(WR/DB).  Who all were starters and major contributors in the Bulldog success in 2011-2012 season.  Expecting great things from these guys and some major attention from college recruiters in the very near future. Good luck and blessings gentleman, GO BULLDOGS!!!
