  1. Spend the money and find a Head Coach / AD that has a proven record.  Hire that Coach with the understanding that he will have time to instill a winning attitude before you start playing fruit basket turnover.  And then ( this is the most important part parents, school board members, and administration ) let him do his job.  Don't go crying to him if you think your kid isn't playing enough, or he is not in the possession you think he should be playing. Winning isn’t always about being the best athlete. It’s about doing your job better that the person your playing against.  Winning consistently doesn’t just happen.  It is something you learn to do.  It’s an attitude you have.  And it is not something that happens from the bottom up, it is a top down mentality.  Now lets enjoy some high school football.

Do what we do and vote against every current board member.  Not just because of this issue, but it is another good reason.
  3. I don't like the idea of an AD not being the HC.  I may be wrong, but I thought most schools our size the AD/HC were one in the same.  And I can't think of any place that has a winning football program that splits it up.  The combo deal gets the salary package up there for a top of the line coach.
  4. What about Cornel Thompson, or Toby Foreman.  I like the W.O.S. connection.  Good job Coach Price.
