I missed the play about Bellow...what happened?

i have to say the hype is over about Vidor....Nederland finally puts it together and they put 45 up against a stingy vidor defense. Big Ned Big D finally plays to their ability and holds Vidor to 14. (45-14)

I hope these guys dont tell Larry Neuman's bunch they are out of the playoffs. Big Ned could win out and change things a lot in this braket.

Monte Barrow, Todd Dodge, Stumps (Both), Long, Hood, Sullivan, Beasley, Ambres...give me any of these guys. But Long, Hood, Barrow, Dodge were the smartest I think I've seen.

WOS does not have the wrecking crew of old. They do have an agressive D no doubt. Coach T will never let a squad get on the field that did not hustle. They do not have all the size of the late 80's and 90's where they got their name. Dominating D maybe not anymore IMO. And no one should ever put Ned in this post. We have a bend but don't break thing with Delbert Spell. He will never be the dominate D of some of the powerhouse programs like Brenham, Lamarque, Kilgore, etc. If Ned had "D" the offense has more than enough talent and points to win it all. Delbert is the problem IMO just as Barrow is the reason for the offensive success each year.

Most over rated team...Memorial.... Everyone kept saying they have a class act program even before the first series from scrimmage. Not a program yet. Maybe Thompson will change this. Most Underated...BC never gets any credit coming into FB season. Other sports at BC get state credit...not FB even though they have produced in the last few years in the playoffs.

Not be harsh but this is a great message board....In this district, Lumberton will not see a playoff run as it is now. I have nephews that play in their pop warner league. Lumberton does not even beat Kountze usually in those games. I just cannot see these guys building a program in this district and going to the playoffs when 1-2 loss can eliminate you. If size was everything, what about Vidor? They have corn fed guys every year.... Playoffs in the last decade?????? I didn't think so....Same for Lumberton....

I agree...BC should be in this top 10..Wait to see who is still standing at the end of the season and for how long in the playoffs.

Coach Norton has said that he can throw it a mile but has to work on his feet and mobility or he won't get the chance. This has kept him from seeing the playing time already you would expect from him.
