    David Morgan from LC-M is pretty strong. Dont know exactly what his bench is but i've seen him do over 300 for sure. His squat is really high too i think around 500 maybe more.

    I am a member of the LC-M football team and I know Salter but it is not him who is going on here causing trouble and talking trash. I dont know who it is but if you read this we the LC-M football team would wish for you to stop immediately. We will have a tough time already against Nederland and we dont need you making it worse. So please stay off the message board unless you have something better to say.

    last night after playing dayton i think they will beat central and go undefeated in district. they are really good and should make a good run in the playoffs. all the rest of the teams in 22-4a better be ready for dayton because they are quite good. it would take a tremendous effort by any team to beat them so you better bring your A game if you are going to strap it up against them.

    I don't know if anyone realizes this but LC-M is not slow by any means. Just take a look at some of our 40 times and then come talk to me about speed. I'm not saying LC-M is faster overall than PN-G but we definitely are not slow. Have a good wake-up call tonight when we play you guys.
