Coach Mattews is a good person, he is good with the kids. He has been with vidor for a long time. But his record has not been very good. Its time that he moves on to bigger and better things. Its nothing personal its MY opinion. As far as the school board goes they just need to answer one question, What has he done to jusitfy him staying? He has had 9yrs to build a program and whatever hes doing is not working. Again my opinion

Vidor has to win out now. and maybe will need a little help to make playoffs. If they play like they did in this game and the Ned. game they should be alright. But DAYTON is going to roll over central.

What a great game! Central won it in the last minute they didnt run a kickoff back. Central drove it down or should i say b. williams ran the ball for the score. Defense should have held em to many missed tackles. Congrats central! Vidor played a heck of a game!

Hello football fans! First of all I want to congradulate all u Lumberton Raider fans for getting your only win in district! Instead of worrying about who Vidor is playing yall need to worry those NASTY JAGUARS and there BLUE chip QB Brandon Williams who has commited to TAMU! With that said anything can happen on a friday night, the key to Vidor winning is stop the running game and hold on to the ball, turnovers hurt us in the Lumberton game. If that happens Vidor will win if not, it will be a long night for the Pirates. Good luck Pirates!
