  1. Spots I can't help you with, but will give this advise.  When you get in a "lake" of the river, start looking for small cuts or drains coming out of the marsh/swamps.  Because the river is tidal, watch the tides and fish the drains on a falling tide.  Bait comes flowing out the swamps and the bass wait in the open water.
  2. I figured that was going to happen.  In the beginning I tried to push it along, but it didn't catch.  I was really banking tournament.  I guess my kid want start school next year with new shoes.
  3. At this point, it does not matter to me!  There was no push for Rayburn intil Toledo was selected.  Typical!
  4. So how many have PM you they want in?  Where do I send the money?  Looks like there was lots of interest before, now quiet!
  5. Don't know how to send a personal message but I'm in and have a partner.
  6. I don't think you can launch a bass boat at mill creek.  I said six mile boat ramp on hwy 87.  Kinda need to know.
  7. Who put on the last one?  If that person would take charge and send a pm to everyone who said they were going to fish, an address to send the enty fee that would be great.  Just put on there that all entries need to be paid by the week before the tournament.  that way we can have a for sure on the number of entries.  How do you weigh the fish?
  8. That's fine lets make it a pay in advance tournament.  Just tell me where to send my money.  Just someone step up and take charge of the whole thing.
  9. Is the date set?  How about the entry fee?  I'm fine with both.  Who has a set of scales to weigh the fish?  Or do you bring your computer and argue on the forum who won, or should have won!  lol
  10. I thought June 11th was the date.  Not many tournaments up there then.  That is 50.00 at Team, 25.00 each.  Not that big of an enty fee.  50.00 will make it worth the winners wild to go up there.
  11. Let's get some others going now.  I say we get at least 5 teams and some weigh scales and get it on!
  12. I'd say 60.00 a team. With 10.00 going into the big bass pot and 50.00 into the winnings.  Or do 50.00 a boat and 10.00 per person for big bass.  A 2 man team would pay 70.00 and an individual would pay 60.00 to fish alone.  Since it is more than likely a low turn out tournament only pay 1st place and big bass if under 10 teams.  That will cover the winning teams day of fishing and alittle more. again just my 2 cents.
  13. I would say June 11th on Toledo Bend.  Go out of Six Mile, best spot with the lakes as low as they are.  I'll fish if it is on an open weekend.  The next few weekends Rayburn is going to get pounded.  Entry fee of 60.00 per boat, 10.00 goes to big bass. just my 2 cents
