Read the following directly from the NCAA Rule Book, TX HS use these rules.  If you are the official and by your interpertation of the rule you judge this to be a foul, then it's an automatic ejection, remember it is his second of the game.  The rules state that it is an automatic ejection from the  game for a second USL.   Unsportsmanlike Acts ARTICLE 1. There shall be no unsportsmanlike conduct or any act that interferes with orderly game administration on the part of players, substitutes, coaches, authorized attendants or any other persons subject to the rules, before the game, during the game or between periods. Infractions for these acts by players are administered as either live-ball or dead-ball fouls depending on when they occur...... a. Specifically prohibited acts and conduct include: ...... (e) An unopposed ball carrier obviously altering stride as he approaches the opponent’s goal line or diving into the end zone.
  2. Field goals and punts are scrimmage kicks. Think about a punt that the receiver let roll and the kicking team is going to down it inside the 5. Same goes for a field goal attempt, both are scrimmage kicks. In the video they are using HS Federation rules. In Texas we use NCAA rules. There are some major differences.
