Good for them.  Football is a rough sport.  Injuries happen.

Does this district use positive and negative points?  Is that even possible to only use positive points?  Just wondering because the statement above says they go to positive points.  That means that Warren is at 0 right?  Or do they use negative points as well?

Hate to break it to you Pirates but . . . . Cleveland will win this one without a problem.  I have watched both teams play Liberty this year.  Difference of night and day - Cleveland has a good defense.  If their offense is working like it should, it will be over at halftime.

I guess you are trying to say that Tullos would be dominating this district?

Didn't Anahuac beat Buna? In fact they scored their second highest point total for the season against Buna! For such a bad team I wouldn't be bragging about my defense - the team that can't score put 26 on you!! Heck, I would venture to say that Kountze or Hardin's defense is better than Buna's - they held Anahuac to 0 and 10 points!

This is how I see it happening: Anahuac will go on a roll and beat the remaining teams on their schedule, East Chambers, Deweyville, and Warren. Therefore the district will end up like this: East Chambers (5-1) in district Anahuac (4-2) in district Deweyville (4-2) in district but behind Anahuac due to losing in the head to head match.

Everything I said will be backed, trust me. Buna by 28???? This isn't HD or Tarkington.

There are some idiots on here. Anahuac will not lose to these teams that schedule High Island, Burkville, Hull Daisetta, or Cathedral. Get real, Anahuac has played a descent schedule full of teams with speed and experience. If Anahuac would have scheduled some of these blow off teams then they too would be 4-0 and be holding records all over the state for passing, rushing and team defense. Instead, Gary Martel set up a schedule that would allow Anahuac to become a better team and prepare for district. Trust me, no one in this district will hang with them except East Chambers and that could be a good one. Granted, Anahuac has not played to their full potential yet but just watch - Buna is going down hard. Buna, Warren, Deweyville, Kountze, and Hardin - battle for third place because 1st and 2nd are already taken.
