I didn't see the game but this whining is childish. I've always heard winners don't have to make excuses. Secondly its just a game. Get over it.

Don't get me wrong. I am a Kountze alum and i want them to go undefeated every year. What im saying is the ashton hall lead team would have destroyed this team inside and out. I go to state every year and believe regardless who wins state it is a down year in 2a. Silsbee beat Kountze like a drum earlier this year. If they were solid that would not have happened.

I saw Kountze play the other night. This is probably the worst Kountze team since pre Hancock era. They seem to have mostly role players and no inside. They are just really young i guess. I'm always loyal to Kountze but feel this is not their year. I would be surprised if New Waverly can't run them over. If Kountze wins, they will probably go to state. If that happens, its a weak year in 2a. Still hope it happens. Go Lions!!
