Its been one week full of baseball, now its time to nominate your players of the week....If we can get this going, the player will get recognized Wednesday Night on the KOLE Sports Talk Show Ok Lets Hear It....Dont just throw out names...i need stats or whatever you have

dang I wish I could

Wow...its hard for me to pick against Hudson with Brandon Belt pitching, even though im from Jasper....I say later on in the year, Jasper will take them but right now im goin with Hudson 3 Jasper1

you can always bookmark the forum page.....the forum is just one part of this site

in the jason becker one

Jasper Josh Girdley #6 overall pick out of high school Max Alvis- All Star 3rd Baseman Cleveland Indians

and as far as im aware it wont be on KJAS either...

so if he wins a state championship you will still be unhappy???

SFA85, are you saying you will not support the guy?...Give him a chance...what will you say if he is successful? Even if you are unhappy with the decision dont you think its best for the team and the school to rally behind the guy...what good will bashing him do for the kids? Its time for the drama to stop....PA needs to move on

The same type thing happened my senior year of hs in Jasper when Coach Brooks left and Coach Lauve came in....Many of the players said they would not play....well they all did and to make a long story short, we lost in the state semifinals that year...a pretty successful season

reportedly there were some very mad folks at the meeting when this was announced...there were some players that said they would not play for Thompson

I would suspect they would play on Thursdays instead of Saturdays....thats how they do it DFW/ Houston alot

Ned and the third reader?...lol your starting to age your self there bigred

this can now be viewed on the website under the baseball section...a big thanks to shlykbmt for this

Dang yall need send a little of that money to Jasper...lol

thats a great list

BC definitetly has a chance, but speed is not where BC will win games...When you talk about Jasper your talkin about one of the top 3 or so fastest teams in the state year in and year out, so that doesnt really hold water....BC will win by playing smart, error free football, and having a good game plan

Also guys and gals I think it would be awesome if you have a camera phone you can email us pics while your at a game

Joseph Red Bryant- Jasper A&M Sir Vincent Rogers- Jasper Houston Jordan Patton- Jasper Northwestern (LA) DeKendrick Gilder- Jasper Northwestern (LA) Edrick Bronson- Jasper TJC Cory McQueen- Jasper-TJC Jason McQueen- Jasper TJC

this is a good thread...please post the ones you know of here and once we have them all I'll put it on the website

lol...doubt that my friend

please post full name, stats, team and a short reason why this player should win

sounds good...we'll do it

how bout 7-9...it'll give everyone a chance to out of church and get in on it....
