In order for us to make the trip down to Austin this weekend to broadcast the HJ game(s), we are going to have to come up with some sponsorships. The UIL charges us a fee, plus we have other expenses...hotels, gas, etc.... If you are interested in contributing, we won't turn you away. Any amount helps. If you are a business, we'll work with you to ensure you are promoted throughout the game(s). Last year, with the Silsbee semi-final broadcast, we had 900 listeners. I believe it is vital these games get on the air, especially considering the semi-final game is on a Thursday, making it hard for many people to make the trip. Please consider helping us out. I don't make a habit of doing this, but given the short window of time we have to get this done, we dont have a choice. I have it from multiple sources that Brooks has offered the job to Newton Defensive Coordinator W. T. Johnston....and word is he has accepted it. Nothing official yet...and of course everything is still pending administration approval. Maybe a month or so before it is official

We've had a problem with the website and have restored a backup database that ends on November 28. Please note all the posts youve made since then will not be on the site. If you're a new member and youve signed up in the last week, you;ll need to re-register. I apologize for all the inconvenience, but things should be better now. We will also be upgrading servers very soon so you will no longer have problems connecting to the site.

It is definitely a server issue. We'll have to get a larger server asap. Going to see if I can work something out this week. I just got a new server last Christmas and we've already outgrown it. That's what happens when the traffic is up 35%..good problem to have, but I do apologize...hang in there with us.. btw....i'll never charge anyone to get on SETXsports....thats why you see ads...

Im proud to announce we'll be picking up the Indians in the playoffs, beginning with their game with Hardin Jefferson this Friday Night. Thanks to Indian Fan for all of his help in this! We plan on using the playoffs as a test run so that Cleveland ISD and the community of Cleveland can see what we offer for them. This looks to be the start of a new relationship, that we could very well carry into the regular season next year!
