2nd seed Lumberton W wins head to head over PNG W
3rd seed PNG W
4th seed Vidor wins head to head over PNG P

I read in the sites "playoff qualifications" that only the top 4 teams for each division makes the payoffs

That was for last years STJFL Playoff Qualifications (2011), it changed because of the new BIG/SMALL School Playoffs and they havent updated it yet. Now this is how they are doing it in SR's, I'm not sure about JR's, PeeWee and Flag.
