I am also looking, but location isn't that big of an issue for me if the price/deer population is right.

I just got on one in San Angelo and they are looking for a few more guns. 3000 acres 1800/gun.. 5 deer county. Lease looks pretty good with some very nice deer on it. It also comes with a 2 bedroom trailer for the camp.
