Block Scheduling?????

Who besides Warren in E. Texas has block scheduling.  I am talking about when athletics meets every other day.  I know there are alot of negatives to this but you can go ahead and enlighten me anyway.

PNG has block scheduling.  As far as practices go it just changes the time of day each day that the team practices.  I know with my son's schedule the downside is that all the easy classes are on one day of his schedule and all the tough classes are on the other.

i dont see why having all the easy classes one day and hard ones another day would be a downside... if it was me, i'd just do all the work for the hard classes on the easy class day... during the easy classes...

Most school I have ever heard of that have block schedules double block athletics and band so that they get thier kids everyday.
