3. Brookeland – 5 players return from 22-4 State Semi-Finalist team including : Braden McCugh, Sr, OF/P (1st Team All-District); Landon Smith, Sr, OF/P (1st Team All-District)
4. Union Hill – 7 players return from a 13-9 Regional Semi-Finalist team including EJ Mowery, Jr, SS/P (District MVP, 1st Team THSBCA All-State); Payton Harkins, Sr, 1B/P (.308 AVG, 1st Team All-District)
5. Avalon – 5 players return from 14-10-1 Regional Finalist team including Josh Novak, Sr, CF (.483 BA, Offensive MVP) and Kade Johnson, Sr, SS/P (.268 BA, 29 SB, 1st Team Infield)

I hope they fix these districts, everyone is auto bid to playoffs except 2 districts. Why does district 23 have 2 teams and district 24 with 5. Same with district 22 they have 4 but others only have 1 or 2. The alignments don't even make sense.....

24 - Brookeland, Chester, Burkeville, Zavalla, Apple Springs

23 - Broaddus, Martinsville

22 - Neches, Kennard, Wells, Centerville

21 - Oakwood, Slocum, North Zulch

Easy fixes = Zavalla to District 23 - Neches to District 21 - Apple Springs to 22

Everyone at least would then have 3 teams in the district and something to play for.
