Whats goin on in Deweyville, sure seems to be a big turnover down there this year.I know they have a strong group coming back cant imagine people not wanting to stay and see the rewards for hard work?

I think this is a case where Coach Bickham was hired kinda late in the Summer last year and he wasn't able to bring in or hire the Staff he wants with him. And the turn over now is a reflection of Coach Bickham surrounding himself with the Staff he wants. Nothing against the Coach's that have left, all were respected, however, when a new Coach/AD is hired he usually brings in the personnel he wants.
