I'm betting they've talked to other conferences about football, but we might have to succeed at the D1AA level first, which i'm okay with.

I think long term Lamar wants to move up to a better conference, but they've got a lot of work to do yet.  I bet they've talked to other conferences, but I look for Lamar to stay in the SLC for at least 4 more years.

i dont mind being in the slc for the formative years of the program.i do believe our goal should be to better ourselves and play at a higher level.

I hope LU is talking to the slc out of politeness. It makes no sense to bring back a failed program

exactly as it was before. It'll just fail again. UTSA, Texas st, maybe SHSU is leaving.

Replacement teams would be Delta st and Tarleton st. NOBODY wants to see Lamar vs Tarleton st.

NOBODY wants to see Lamar vs Delta st. And if we lose to those teams, NOBODY will want to see Lamar.

Oh dang ouch, second gasket blew. Someone warn NASA  to change Voyager 2 course.
