SLC basketball scores

Central Arkansas beat a terrible Univ. of Idaho 55-49.

Texas State lost to a bad Rice team 87-81.

TAMU-CC lost to OK State 60-46.

One other game of note:  Texas Tech killed La Tech 86-31. 

Texas Tech lost to Centenary a few nights before.  Texas Tech plays a lot better at home than on the road and La Tech is probably worse than Lamar, but I'm glad we're not playing them for another 3 weeks.

Thanks for those updates coachacola. I agree, I'm glad we don't play TT for 3 wks. I hope I have a good start to my New Year. The score with La Tech makes me a little nervous. Coach Knight will not stand for losing to very many teams like Centenary, SHSU or the level of the SLC. He'll have his team ready for Lamar!

Tech has losses @ Sam Houston and @ Centenary.  That's really surprising.  That could be a good thing when they come to Beaumont, too bad its not this year.
