Flounder are running

Guys, I have ben tearing up the flounder in sabine. In the last week I have 26 keepers and I know over a 100 throw backs. If you come down make sure you bring mud minnows because their is know where to buy them here.

The flounder are running because they are trying to get out of Orange and back up the river.... Just kidding.

Appreciate the info! I might have to come give you folks some lessons.

Lot of trout showing up too down here. We kept 4 between 2 1/2 and 3lbs, at texas bayou bride. We were using saltwater assins, the yellow space guppys. The specks have ben running early in the day with the tide going in. When the tide goes out flounder turn on like a light switch.

Any trout showing up on the jetties yet?

A few specks. I went just yesterday and caught 7 only 1 keeper.

There is so much little bait, (shad and mullet) I would say two more weeks and the jetties will be Hot.
