Woodville vs. East Chambers Predictions Thread

The Woodville Eagles (6-2)(3-2) travel to Winnie to take on the #5 ranked 3AD1 team, the East Chambers Buccaneers (8-0)(5-0). Woodville is coming off a playoff-clinching victory over Kountze, 43-40. East Chambers is coming off an easy win over Buna, 44-9. Woodville has clinched it's first playoff spot since the 2011-12 school year, while the Bucs are well on their way to another district championship. I feel like Woodville will fight the whole way through and I have alot of support for my Eagles, but East Chambers is on a whole different level. I'm going to say Bucs by 3+ scores.

Yea I think EC walks in this one, but I'm not counting Woodville out of keeping it close for a while if they can control the turnovers.

EC defense will dominate this game just like the other games they have played this season. Their only question mark is their offensive consistency, but looked like they have it rolling after last week. EC 49 Woodville 3

Woodville finally made it over the hump. as bad as I would like to see a win, EC will call the dogs off early and play backups possibly in 1st quarter so score will be closer than it should. 7 and 3 is better than 6 and4.

I think EC will win   42-7.  It will be over early.  Sutherland will pull the starters midway through the 3rd quarter like always.  Classy coach will not run the score up.  I graduated from EC, but my nephew plays for Woodville and I will be sitting on the Eagles side rooting them on !!
