Dayton at Nederland Sept 30

Broncos in trouble.  FB Willowridge has awakened a sleeping giant.  The Bulldogs got a taste of winning - liked it - going back for more.  Dayton better bring their “A” game.

Seriously, this ought to be a great game.  Fans should get their moneys worth.

I'm thinking bigNed better bring their "A" game the Broncos are  looking to bully their way into post season...  Don't use FBW as any kind of a gauge they probably won't win a game this year.

No,  it looks like they are finished;  just cleaning up now.

If they aren’t ready, then the company and/or the school district isn’t/wasn’t being honest previously.

Two weeks ago for the home opener, it was reported to be almost a game time decision on whether the stadium would be ready. Of course they had to know by Wednesday so they could get Lamar if needed and they did.

We have now had two weeks of perfect weather for construction. If it still not ready, how was it “we might be able to finish by Friday”…. two weeks ago?

They weren’t even close a couple of weeks ago.  The visitor restrooms weren’t finished and the ramps and stairs weren’t complete either.  Not to mention construction debris still everywhere.   From what I can tell by driving by the ramps and stairs are done,  there might be a little work on the inside of the visitor RR left and all the debris is gone.  They are patching the parking lot where it was torn up.  They have four more days of nice weather they should have it done.  If not the ISD needs to be getting money back from the builder.

I was using deductive reasoning on that one 🙂 but that wasn’t the information being put out.

Man this is a tough pick for me. Definitely a pickem game.

You know what your buddy would have told you several years ago.  He bled purple and white and not the injun style.

Yessir!

I picked Dayton in the pickem. 🤷🏾‍♂️ I still believe this is a toss-up game though.

aka we found a QB who prefers to throw to our receivers and not the other team. Offense moves strong under Sunday imo

QB was certainly a good change and he played very well. He actually ran better than he passed. I certainly hope the Dogs continue to improve especially receivers and secondary

Just don’t know how much they improved because Willowridge is now officially playing like and HISD school and I don’t see them winning a game this season

If the Dogs can beat Dayton, I will say they have improved a bunch

    • I'm going to throw it back at you, list the legitimate charges against him, even some of the folks on the left are calling them out as ridiculous. There was no victim, no charges filed by a victim, the victims were paid back, and were willing to do business again. Then there's the 30 year old charge by a self proclaimed strong activist that she was raped in a busy department store, didn't make a sound and didn't bother to file charges until he was President. Then there's Russian collusion, that was actually made up and paid for by the democrats and has been proven to be false. Then there was the FBI that was proven to be targeting Trump. He's an arrogant , narcissistic bully, but that doesn't make him guilty, if he was as bad as you say, wouldn't it have shown up WAY before he was President? You're a smart guy, don't get caught up in these "big" numbers and say it must be so (that's what CB, Big girl, and UT alum does).
    • I personally think Trump is a changed man.  He appears to be taking his religion serious.  Do you think he can change?  Do you think he has changed? Or maybe not?
    • I have been clear, Trump is nearly my least favorite Republican. I would elect Ron DeSantis in a heartbeat if I could. What people vote for is POLICY. Trumps policy is actually great. America first. Secure borders. <2% inflation. the list goes on.   Senile corrupt Biden and his criminal family has been a disaster for whatever remains of America at this point. Four more years under the Biden puppet who is controlled by Soros and the Chineese Communist party and America will cease to exist.
    • Instead of taking time to break down all of the things that Trump has done that make him a bad person or dirty, or immoral (and I refuse to believe that you're dense enough not to know about many of them) let me counter with a question: how many of the 88 charges Trump is facing have to be legit for them to mean something to you?  You're trying to comingle policy with actions.  I already said Trump's politics align much more with mine that Biden's.  But Trump has a list of transgressions, immorality, crooked business deals, etc. that more than rivals Biden's and his family.
