Who you got FBM vs BH?

FBM by 20+. BH may not get a single stop in that matchup? Against the more competent defenses their main source of points seems to come off the deep ball. FBM's best position group is usually their offensive line but last year and this year it is looking like their dbs. Crosby struggled to throw it against them last year with Herman AND Kirkwood out there so I think BH would have the same issue. They also run a more simplified route tree than Crosby. I think BH would hold their own on the offensive line but it would be hard for them to find any consistency in the running game, Hagler isn't the same type of game-breaking back you need to beat them like Branch was last year for us.

I think they would end up in a shootout with Montgomery and have a good chance to win though. I would put the line at BH +10.5 against Texas High, they're Texas City with a better offense. I think BH could get TH too but they would have to play their best defensive game of the year.

*All these observations are subject to change if BH pulls another PNG against TC a couple of weeks from now. Heck, it might change if they struggle with Dayton this week.

I mean the team we beat and you got shut out by. Remind me what's better 3rd round loss or State finalist again?

I guess getting blown out and having a team drop 50 + on you is better than the years of either not making the playoffs or going out in the first or second round. (Pretty much all of Crosby's history)

What's Crosby's history versus the Bulldogs in the playoffs again?

I'll take State Finals appearance and losing to Aledo every single year over Nederlands playoff history

Completely on topic since the so called "Mecca" called out the top 4.

So 2-0 for Cougars?

Hmm, so selective comprehension I guess.  Look at the overall records and finals appearances since you said you didn't want Neds record.  :)  Not to mention the State title.

Yes, I know you have the hang on ancient history because the current team and the recent teams have been so lacking.

What's the best result in the current bulldog players lifetimes?

I think it's 2012 Regional finals.

Crosby has surpassed that mark twice in the same timeframe. Please come back when your best argument isn't in the 60' we were good.

Kinda of like you want to ignore the last 50 years and only talk about the last five for the same reason?

Is that 1984 score a typo? WOW!! If not, that makes the worst loss on either team's list.

Of course not, it doesn't fit your narrative. So when was integration?  Mid 60's?   So what about 60-2014?
