A day early, but I’ll have updates for game 1 Thursday at 7 pm. El Campo has kinda been a thorn in our sides this season but good news is they haven’t seen our #1 or 2 pitchers this season and we have seen theirs.

Credit to the El Campo pitcher last night, the kid had excellent stuff that kept us off balance the entire game. Bellville actually got the first two runners on in the bottom of the 7th with no outs but still couldn’t scratch anything across . Gotta come back and try and take game 2 tonight.

This was ace vs Ace. Two lefty’s with similar stuff. El Campo kid probably had a little more velocity on his stuff.

Honestly the only reason El Campo was the 4 seed is because for some reason I can’t figure out they lost to Navasota twice in district.
