Great job dogs and Monty.  Special teams were uncommonly bad but we overcame them and the turnovers.  Mark of a good team jelling.  What happened to our kicker, Barrow? Good luck Crosby.  You have the athletes. With right play calls you will go deep into the playoffs.

Hadn’t paid a lot of attention to 5a since we got bumped down. So the team picked to finish 4th in district beat the Mecca of High School Football at their place with the district championship on the line? Not surprising.....typical overrated Crosby. Big Ned taking care of business!

Starting QB got hurt early. Not making excuses because the game was still tight, but take away any team’s QB and you will see a dropoff.....sometimes not.

Bulldogs win avoids a Round 2 with the likely Region 3 Winner Texas High... likely round 2 opponent for Bulldogs will be A&M Consolidated... the best #3 team in the state imo.. should be a fun interesting playoffs.

I have seen them knock off better teams, including a #1 in state.

Nice win Nederland.  Offense puts butts in the seats and defense wins championship.  The bulldogs are hitting their stride at the right time.  Regroup Crosby and get back on track.  Good luck to both teams in the playoffs.

Coogs will be just fine! From all indications, Willowridge is pretty much the Dirk Diggler of hully gully! Coogs are going to have a walk in the park with those dudes! Their second round opponent looks to probably be Texas High. Things could get interesting there, but I still expect Coogs to make a significant run.

They play Texas High like they played Ned and Crosby season stops 2nd round. (if they beat Willowridge) i wish them good luck though, I wanna see a rematch with Huntsville.

I watched a little film on Willowridge and they are flat out awful
