Well If Lumberton beats y’all and we beat Splendora y’all won’t make the playoffs.

If we lose we won’t make it either way but you could have a very deserving 2 win LCM and 3 win Lumberton in the playoffs. I was probably wrong about the Bears overall record though, I’m sure they missed some games, we only play 8 and Lumberton may have missed some too, or are they 2-7 right now? None of these teams deserve anything if we’re being honest.

We are 1-6 I had to go look it up. I’m not gonna be a cry baby like your Vidor buddy and tell you to go look at the standings. To be honest no one is gonna beat those east tx teams. I could care less about LCM football just to be honest. The coaches need to be gone. I just graduated there and I know kids on the team.

You sound like a Vidor fan now, I’m not calling for the coaches head but I do think some changes need to be made after this disappointing season.

I’ve been wanting a coaching  change 5 years ago if not longer. I think matthews is a good coach. He actually is involved in the game unlike crouch that is standing by him self away from the team. His highlight of LCM is we he try’s to be like Hooks and argues with the referees. I just think Vidor and LCM have high expectations for our teams and it’s not going well right now. If LCM hires within on the next HC you will see us drop off even more.

Boys and coaches have worked hard. It’s good to see it translate to field.

Undefeated at home, first time since 1962 winning 7 games in a row. This will go down as one of the better Livingston Lions teams, especially considering no one outside that locker room thought they would compete.

Hopefully this is the beginning of a long run of yearly success.

That depends on how long #3 is around.

They got more run than Damien Ruiz, who is awesome and a great baseball player to boot.

I expect next year's team to be better. They have some frosh and sophs contributing right now and they will be better with this year's run. I would expect them to be the district favorite and possibly gets some pre-season love.

I'm just glad the seniors, my son included, got a chance to experience some winning football before they graduate.

Y'all go out, put Lumberton out of its misery, and redeem your season.

Thanks, I think they will. It just depends on if they can do anything in the playoffs, which will be a tough task.

    • Naw people are mad the good ole boy system is getting broken. Didn’t think it would be this fast for the drama to be here. Honeymoon is over.
    • Here’s the thing. I keep dropping facts on you, and you keep on knee-jerk saying “all lies!” I’ve asked you multiple times to point out whatever I’ve said that is factually wrong…but you can’t.  You might not like the facts, and they might make your eyes sweat a little… but it doesn’t change the fact that they are as true. Heck, deep down inside you might even know that Ol’ CB is right, but you believe Trump isn’t to blame. That, sir, does not turn the truth into a lie. What you should have said was is “that may be true, but I’m giving Trump a pass because…” Not “that’s a lie” when the numbers don’t lie.    But for you and everyone that  believes Trump was good for the economy, I’ll give another of my beloved and informative analogies that might help you finally understand.    A man handles his Family’s finances.  He makes a decision that life could be better, so he’s like “this is our year!” He stops all contributions to retirement accounts (cuts taxes) then proceeds to book a trip to Disney, buys nice things for the family and maxes out all possible lines of credit…. Now they’re facing bankruptcy.  The kids (y’all) are now arguing “things were so much better when  Dad (Trump, also your Daddy) was in charge! We had nice things!” The man set us on a course for ruin with deficit spending, then it accelerated with COVID, then he was such a pig that Biden got elected, and now we’re facing another “anybody but Trump” loss in the November, guaranteeing four more years of nonsense from which we’ll probably never recover. The debt is just insurmountable. We shouldn’t be surprised, either.  Trump has always been a “borrow as much as we can and pray (errrr, hope….not pray. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t do a lot of that) that it all works out” as evidenced by his businesses which have repeatedly bankrupted.
    • Something we probably already knew.  Remember -- soros is Jewish!!  It's been reported that he sided with the nazis during the Holocaust!   Again -- the devil has this snake of a person!
