I think youāre missing my point- I also believe the prosecution is a mistake, but thatās not the point.Ā Ā Iām confused that Conservative Christian Right-wing Republican straight white American male family first Trump voters are ignoring the fact that Trump did, in fact, do that awful thingā¦. But are instead focused on the fact that heās being accused of covering it up.Ā Ā Thereās obviously no decency or morality in MAGA. But they still believe themselves to be exactly thatā¦ the side of decency and morality. It would be funny if the stakes werenāt so high.Ā -

Hereās the thing. I keep dropping facts on you, and you keep on knee-jerk saying āall lies!ā Iāve asked you multiple times to point out whatever Iāve said that is factually wrongā¦but you canāt. Ā You might not like the facts, and they might make your eyes sweat a littleā¦ but it doesnāt change the fact that they are as true. Heck, deep down inside you might even know that Olā CB is right, but you believe Trump isnāt to blame. That, sir, does not turn the truth into a lie. What you should have said was is āthat may be true, but Iām giving Trump a pass becauseā¦ā Not āthatās a lieā when the numbers donāt lie.Ā Ā But for you and everyone that Ā believes Trump was good for the economy, Iāll give another of my beloved and informative analogies that might help you finally understand.Ā Ā A man handles his Familyās finances. Ā He makes a decision that life could be better, so heās like āthis is our year!ā He stops all contributions to retirement accounts (cuts taxes) then proceeds to book a trip to Disney, buys nice things for the family and maxes out all possible lines of creditā¦. Now theyāre facing bankruptcy. Ā The kids (yāall) are now arguing āthings were so much better when Ā Dad (Trump, also your Daddy) was in charge! We had nice things!ā The man set us on a course for ruin with deficit spending, then it accelerated with COVID, then he was such a pig that Biden got elected, and now weāre facing another āanybody but Trumpā loss in the November, guaranteeing four more years of nonsense from which weāll probably never recover. The debt is just insurmountable. We shouldnāt be surprised, either. Ā Trump has always been a āborrow as much as we can and pray (errrr, hopeā¦.not pray. Iām pretty sure he doesnāt do a lot of that) that it all works outā as evidenced by his businesses which have repeatedly bankrupted.Ā -
