Make America great again ... Drain the swamp. You can’t make this stuff up.

You do realize that the rat team of Mueller railroaded Stone and Flynn just to try and break them to get to Trump?  Have you actually been paying attention to what has been going on with Gen Flynn?  How about the time they raided Stone's house at 6:00 in the morning for intimidation purposes?  And just so happen CNN was there.  How convenient!  So, yes, both of these deserve what Trump can give them!

Allow me to introduce you to the feds.  This was probably that 18 millionth time such a raid occurred.  Had they shown up 10 am, THAT would have been shocking.

Explain to is what Stone is guilty of...do you even know?

He is guilty of having something incredibly damning on the President.  No other explanation could possibly make sense given the historic timing of such of commutation.  Stone is a comic book villain who has been incredibly loyal to Trump.  And I would bet dollars to doughnuts the continued loyalty had been discussed very recently.

I thought he should have pardoned Hillary on day one. A simple “we know crimes were committed, but we all need to move on from here.”’ What was she gonna do, turn it down?

That would have meant no more hearing or committees about her.

When Trump leaves office, he’ll spend the rest of his life fighting off congressional investigations. That’s all we’ll be hearing on the evening news for years. They hate him that much. Just wait.

Serious questions as a man in a free country free to think as he choose. You don’t find anything fishy about Trump freeing stone? If Obama did the same would you be ok with it. This is not a d vs r thing. Many republicans feel same way Mia love a favorite on here feels same way. Is freeing stone draining the swamp.

But this is all speculation, right?

That’s all it took for an impeachment trial. I can guarantee this....anyone on this board who would have all of these speculative “charges” brought against them personally would scream due process and be tied up in courts with slander and libel lawsuits. What a mockery the dims have made of our justice system.
Do these secret 6:00 a.m. raids always have cnn coverage? What meritorious evidence did the raid produce? This man was steamrolled and everyone knows it, but it doesn’t matter because it’s a way to get at Trump. When a president and his associates have their rights ignored, guess who is next.

I bet the same people wanting Stone’s arse also sided with the Branch Davidians and David Koresh. Hypocrisy?

Just kills me how so many are willing to call Stone and Flynn criminals simply because they have ties to Trump, but have no problem with Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, the list could go on and on.

Hopefully, Barr will bring to light what so many are wanting to ignore.

2 different scenes. Clemenza did say, “leave the gun, grab the cannoli” but his wife said “don’t forget the cannoli” as he was leaving the house.

I stand corrected!  On my favorite movie too.  Man I may watch it this afternoon just because.

Trump is really not interested in another four years. He continues to make decisions with his gut. He will not follow guidance from his advisers. Barr advised President trump that he didn’t think it would be wise to pardon Stone until after the election. Too much negative press before election.
I am looking forward to 2024. Nikki Haley and Dan Crenshaw.

I like to know what I’m talking about before I wade in, and I have really not paid attention to this story.

But you and I agree... it sounds fishy on the surface.

    • I think you’re missing my point- I also believe the prosecution is a mistake, but that’s not the point.    I’m confused that Conservative Christian Right-wing Republican straight white American male family first Trump voters are ignoring the fact that Trump did, in fact, do that awful thing…. But are instead focused on the fact that he’s being accused of covering it up.    There’s obviously no decency or morality in MAGA. But they still believe themselves to be exactly that… the side of decency and morality. It would be funny if the stakes weren’t so high.
    • Naw people are mad the good ole boy system is getting broken. Didn’t think it would be this fast for the drama to be here. Honeymoon is over.
    • Here’s the thing. I keep dropping facts on you, and you keep on knee-jerk saying “all lies!” I’ve asked you multiple times to point out whatever I’ve said that is factually wrong…but you can’t.  You might not like the facts, and they might make your eyes sweat a little… but it doesn’t change the fact that they are as true. Heck, deep down inside you might even know that Ol’ CB is right, but you believe Trump isn’t to blame. That, sir, does not turn the truth into a lie. What you should have said was is “that may be true, but I’m giving Trump a pass because…” Not “that’s a lie” when the numbers don’t lie.    But for you and everyone that  believes Trump was good for the economy, I’ll give another of my beloved and informative analogies that might help you finally understand.    A man handles his Family’s finances.  He makes a decision that life could be better, so he’s like “this is our year!” He stops all contributions to retirement accounts (cuts taxes) then proceeds to book a trip to Disney, buys nice things for the family and maxes out all possible lines of credit…. Now they’re facing bankruptcy.  The kids (y’all) are now arguing “things were so much better when  Dad (Trump, also your Daddy) was in charge! We had nice things!” The man set us on a course for ruin with deficit spending, then it accelerated with COVID, then he was such a pig that Biden got elected, and now we’re facing another “anybody but Trump” loss in the November, guaranteeing four more years of nonsense from which we’ll probably never recover. The debt is just insurmountable. We shouldn’t be surprised, either.  Trump has always been a “borrow as much as we can and pray (errrr, hope….not pray. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t do a lot of that) that it all works out” as evidenced by his businesses which have repeatedly bankrupted.
