Hmmm.   Playing 10 minute quarters in the 2nd half.  Running 8-10+ seconds extra off the clock each play so it’s not super obvious.   Hadn’t seen that before on the varsity level.  Good call on games where the score is so lopsided.

GCM had a running clock in the 2nd half for many games in their 6A stint.

I did not know that.  I’ve seen it plenty of times in sub-varsity and Jr High games but this was a first to see it on varsity.  
 

I’m not knocking it at all.  It’s difficult to find positives to build upon for either school with things that lopsided.

NS could've played one of their 8th grade teams and beat Sterling's varsity. Man, that is bad.
