Bobcats (5-0, 2-0) hosting the Bucs (4-1, 2-0). Who you got?

Bobcats, the Bucs think they are coming to a football game. Ambush them with a street fight. You don't hear people talking about how tough they are. The arrogance on the part of Bucs has earned them a butt whipping, and you are the one to give it to them. Don't make excuses, make plays. You are the host; serve them the most brutal ass whipping of the season; and they will get the same treatment from their next opponents. You will then be the favorite to win the district. If you follow the plan, EC will start pumping up basketballs on the way home. It is simple; no one catches a pass without a fight, no one cross a goal line without a fight, no one tackles your ball carriers witout a fight. EC is coming to your HOUSE; what are you going to do?  Whip their butts with extreme attitude. Go Bobcats!!!

Sounds like someone has taken a few butt kickins from EC.  All of this rhetoric that you are throwing out there definitely needs to be aimed at your team.  Do you want to know why EC comes off as "arrogant" to people outside of Winnie, it's because they believe that they can win any game that they are playing.  If you go into the game passive and "hoping" to win, then the odds are not in your favor.  Every winning program has that "arrogant" attitude.  I don't care where they are from, but they have it.  Just look at arguably the greatest QB of all time, Tom Brady, he plays with that arrogant, I'm better than you attitude.  I am an EC graduate, and I can tell you, EC used to be the homecoming game for everyone.  If you don't like how the BUCS act, then have your team beat them.

Think I have the Lion King figured out. Last week he had an AP player (gave his #) getting ‘looked at’ by the likes of UT / UH / Clemson. Quick look says the player isn’t even ranked. Notice he rarely replies directly to a post...just a kid with a laptop working on his writing. Not that there anything wrong with that. I won’t reply  to him again.

I No sour grapes here. I do know that it is much too early to crown the Bucs district champs. If they underestimate Orangefield, they will be in trouble. This is going to be a very physical game. Are the Bucs ready to take the kind of punishment that is waiting for them? I hope they are aware of the kind of pride the players and coaches there are known for. Again, I hope they don't expect to come to town and get an easy win. Next week, you will read about the "Ambush at Orangefield". The following week you will learn of the "Compound Butt Whipping". This is where a team takes such a physical beat down this week, he does not fully recover before his butt is whipped again. The next week, the same treatment is handed out by a disrespected opponet. See how it works; we are going to play these games. Nothing is going to be given to you; but for the remainder of the season you better buckle your chin strap and put your mouthpiece in.

If you are one of the coaches trying to get the kids pumped up is one thing, but if you are smart you will not give  EC bulletin board material.  Now that your post is on the EC bulletin board , you might, just might have fired the Buc's up also. You want a slobber-knocker/I bet you get your wish. Ole Indian proverb " don't poke the Bear ". I think you just poked the Bear🐻

EC is like any other town in southeast Texas, some like to brag.  For the most part they are not arrogant.  They will take care of business on the field, even though half the town was flooded. Then they will shake your hand after the game and go celebrate.

I’m not sure it will be a run away but think it will be a descent game as long as Orangefield plays physically and lasts all 4 quarters.  I know it’s not really comparable Because things change with each team week to week but one stat to look at Is:

9/13 HF vs EC: HF by a Touch Down 26 - 19

10/4 HF vs SHP: HF by a Touch Down 15 - 8

9/13 OF vs SHP: OF by a Touch Down 27 - 21

I know different weeks different offenses. Just saying I don’t see this being an easy game for either. I’m really looking forward to this one.

EC is a different team from the night they played HF. The freshman QB was thrown to the wolves, now he’s starting to look comfortable on the field.

I have tremendous respect for Coach Smalley and Orangfield. I know hope we beat them 60-0, just because of this guy, or girl. OF has two good players that run the ball, well. But they don’t have a player faster than EC’s 10th fastest player. Oh and they run the Slot-T...goodnight.

I know some Slot T and wing T teams that would tell EC goodnight. Btw I have EC winning this game but just saying

My man, EC all the way. I played on them losing teams, it was embarrassing. This is EC's district, you want it come and get it.

EC is scheduled to play in Orangefield tomorrow. EC you are our "Guest of Honor". We will whip your butts up and down the field and send you on your way. I don't think it gets more straightforward than that.

Right!! This is Texas high school football. The  "slot-t turns" becomes the "Modified Slot-T" in the hands of a genius. And those old boys at Orangefield are pretty damn smart; and kinda mean too. You know what I mean. Do we key the guards? Which one is the fullback? Is that an unbalanced formation? What's his number? Is he a TE or an outside-tackle? Damn that was a 12-play drive. We have only run 15 plays this half. Did you say follow the center. I thought you said that they couldn't throw the ball. Coach Arrogant Ass, I thought you said he couldn't catch. Did we see that formation? I told you not to look in the backfield; or was it don't look in their eyes. I'm so confused!!!

Come get this butt whipping we have prepared for you.

Well Leon the Lion, I am just a casual observer and appreciate both programs . I am from Newton and you don't want to poke this Bear at all. Just telling you talk is cheap and don't let your mouth write checks that your behind can't back-up. You don't ever want to give your opponent any Bulletin Board material, the I or We can beat your rear is one thing but after that it may work against your team. It is up to you, Like I said I have respect for both programs but talk can get you backed into a corner.

I hope some of you get stirred up and a district race breaks out. If you want to crown EC the district champs tomorrow night go ahead; but they won't be crowned by the Bobcats. That's why we play the schedule! It is not over until it is over. Ever week a proud opponent will compete to be THE Champion; this is not a competition to see who can finish second behind EC. It is a disgrace to not put forth an effort to win. Every week EC will be in a vicious street fight. If you can not stand to witness real Southeast Texas Football; go play bingo. EC is natural prey of the Bobcats. Whoever EC plays next cannot wait to compound the butt whipping they got the week before. Orangefield, this is your time. Play extremely physical. Turn this game into a street fight that last for 4 quarters. Demand respect; defend your home. This is your opportunity; take control of your destiny.  What happens tomorrow night will forever be part of history. Will it be said that you tucked your tails until the great EC left town with the district crown. Or you can punish the arrogant _____________ and send them on their way. GO, Bobcats!!!

Why do you keep saying the same thing?  I guess if you say it enough, it might, maybe, could, hopefully, etc. come true.  It's good to have dreams, although some dreams can turn nightmarish very quickly.  GEAUX BUCS!!

Leon is a lil amped up. But I do agree that OF can make this a great game if they believe they can win. EC is, and has been dominant. But until some team can beat them, I'm picking the Bobcats. This may be the year they been waiting for. It happens every season, some team comes out of nowhere to be a Cinderella. Good luck to both teams.
