PhatMack19
Brewers have lead the entire game. 3-1 in the 8th. Nats load the bases. Hit to right that the RF totally misplayed to score 3. Nats lead 4-3 headed to the 9th
PhatMack19
Playoff baseball is great. The Washington crowd has been awesome even though they have trailed the entire game

WOSdrummer99
I caught it for the nats comeback in the bot 8th. That's what playoff baseball is all about.

It seems everyone is just trying to hit solo homers. I miss the good old days where players got on base and manufactured runs. baddog
Makes you really appreciate the old timers. The distances were the same or close, but the balls were like hacky-sacks and the bats were like pine trees. Also, the pitchers threw legal spit balls. Btw.... balls, players, and bats are juiced nowadays.
WOSdrummer99
Man, I remember seeing old back and white home run derby on TV. Mays, mantle, Aaron, those guys were monsters. And to do what they did in that era is remarkable. Today's game is way different. There's no more small ball. It's all or nothing. The Astros made history this season by being the 1st team to not issue an intentional walk. Among many other records as well. Just a different era with many changes to come. Next season it'll be a 3 batter minimum for all pitchers. No more, awe this guy can't get an out, pull him for a reliever.
PhatMack19
Good game going on now between the Braves and Cards. 3-3 in the bottom of 8 Braves are about to be in a bad spot if this game goes extras. They have already used 6 pitchers. A little overmanaging early may come back to bite them.

PhatMack19
Crazy 9th. Tied at 3. Cards score 4 in the top. Braves score 3, but not enough. Cards win 7-
PhatMack19
Cards score 10 in the top of the 1st. 10-0 Cards before the Braves even get a chance to bat
PhatMack19
I passed out last night before it was over. Kershaw blew it again in the playoffs. I’m starting to feel bad for the guy. The best team in the NL all season will watch the rest of the postseason from home. Nationals vs Cardinals start Friday at 7pm
BS Wildcats
Hopefully the Astros can do better than the two home teams in the NL did last night. Maybe the offense can give him a couple of runs.
