It is time for some of the finest young anglers to take to the waters of East Texas for the SETX High School Bass Fishing Association's Fourth Tournament of the 2017 season!  In February, Mason Arnaud and Reed Hudspeth out of Port Neches-Groves hauled in both the big fish (8.67 lb) and the best bag (22.78 lb) to take the tournament,
