  1. Looking at their performance on a different team playing against better talent helps give an idea of who was the better player at that position. I think it’s hard to compare era’s and stats just because there is so many different factors at hand. Including talent level on the team and the teams they played. But my point was watching the quarterbacks perform at that position at the next level could help us get an understanding of the ability of the quarterback. Not taking a shot at Roschon by any means, he may not have wanted to change to RB. But I do believe the position change helped focus on his strength which is running the football. And I also think putting him at that position helped him develop into a better player than if he would’ve stayed at quarterback.
  2. Love this take. Glad they all played for us at one point and we all got to witness their amazing careers.
  3. Lol yeah sure sounds like you like him. But I have already stated D. Long is the best. I never said Adam was the greatest ever, but he is definitely one of the greatest we have had. You talking down on his current D2 school doesn’t help anyone’s argument. Considering he has accomplished more quarterback feats in college than your other 3, combined. I can even go to say he was the only quarterback to make it in college out of your 3. He was given an extra year since there season was canceled due to covid.
  4. There are a ton of other factors that go into a football game that affect the outcome of it. A huge factor in those Nederland games was play calling, BF could not get past Neuman and he continued to get out coached in those prime time games. If you watched those games you would see that. As for college play level goes, all 4 of them got d1 offers. 1 ended up playing basketball. 1 turned to a running back. 1 is still young and we will have to wait and see but will most likely end up having to transfer to see any playing time. And 1 transferred to a passing D2 school and broke records. If you were to say which of those 4 had a better college quarterback career, who are you taking? To me it looks like only 1 ended up making it as a college quarterback.
  5. I understand that completely, Dustin Long with forever be the greatest and that is well deserved. But back to your original take saying Bost, RJ, Doty, were better Quarterbacks than Adam. RJ is different and I can understand him being above Adam because of what he can do with his legs is incomparable. What ever tough passes he couldn't make he more than made up for it with his legs. But if you are comparing playing Quarterback, between Adam, Doty, RJ, and Bost, I want Adam throwing my receivers the ball 10/10 times. I don't think there should even be a debate on it honestly.
  6. I understand your take and see where you are coming from. Valuing the mobility of the Qb very high. I agree it is a valuable ability to have especially at the high school level. I would say Bost and RJ definitely open up the offense with there legs, making a more dynamic offense than with a pure passer like Adam. But if I am talking composure in the pocket, poise, accuracy, throwing the best ball, reading the defense and making the right decision, I am taking A-mo without question. He does that better than anyone and is the definition of a pure pocket passer. If I want someone throwing the ball, I'm choosing Adam, no one does it better than him. He is going to be able to make throws that no one else on your list would be able to make because of his ability. Hahah I would even go to say if he was blessed with the build and stature of Bost, RJ, Doty or Long, we would all be watching him play on Sunday.
  7. Adam started 2 years not 3. If you can recall Ky Walker was the starter for the 2013-2014 season. If Adam would've started his Sophomore year, he would undoubtably be at the top of every career list. When you compare how close his passing stats are to Johnson's it makes it even more incredible knowing he did it with one less season. I am not by any means downplaying Johnson, they are both very great quarterbacks. I just want to make sure Adam was getting the well earned respect he deserves. And for which I believe that he is the best Passing quarterback in PNG history.
  8. Not putting Adam Morse into that list of best quarterbacks of PNG History is a complete joke. Not only is he there but should be above all 3 of the quarterbacks you mentioned. Saying BF has taken Adam Morse and made him into a "good" quarterback is laughable. He did help Adam do as well as he did with his offense he had but Adam already had all of the talent and would've excelled at any program. This is very obvious if you have ever watched him play which makes me think your post are very opinionated or you do not know football very well. Brandon has been a very good coach over his time at PNG. He is a very good offensive coordinator with an electric offense scheme that will always put points on the board. I applaud and thank him for what he has done for this program.
