If they really want to fix this, the UIL would punish the school for this kids actions. Forfeit a game, forfeit the season, monetary fine, whatever it takes to ensure coaches address this behavior way before there is an opportunity for this to happen. You shouldn't have to tell a kid not to attack a referee, (or anyone for that matter) but in 2020 things like common decency are not at the forefront of how people parent. Kids who didn't have consequences growing up are parenting kids who do not get consequences due to their parents and it's a damn shame. The only way to prevent it is to make sure the schools know they will suffer greatly if it happens, and force them to make it a part of their programs to ensure this never happens at their school. This is the second recent incident of this nature that I can remember, and it should be made to be the last. 

I must admit, I’m not sure yet.   Having been in the Army, and in a unit (allegedly) ready to move anywhere in the world in 48 hours, I’ve had plenty of shots.   We had shots for tropical diseases to polar bear indigestion.   Still take yearly flu shot, but this is a different animal.  
Here’s my problem.   According to Harvard Med, almost a third of positive Covid test are false.  I’m having trouble getting comfortable with a shot that’s suppose to keep me safe from a disease we can’t even make a sure-fire test for.   On the plus side, I’m 75 & have underlying conditions, so I’m high risk.   I’ll probably take it though, if all the Med folks don’t fall over dead 😂

I tried to post a portion of Judge Brann's Memorandum Opinion.  Apparently, I was not successful.  Sorry about that snafu.  The Memorandum Opinion and appellate opinion from the Third Circuit are not hard to find.  I bet the savvy regular posters on this message board can find them.  I'm not savvy enough to post the document.  I'll have to get my kids to help me.  They're iPad gurus and computer experts.  Ol' Dad is still reading hardcover/paperback books and using paper and pencil to write.

What a coincidence, I’ve never seen a germ.   There’s Covid germs by the quadtrillions, but I’ve never seen one.  Why?   Because I’ve never had a microscope to look at them.   Point is, if you don’t look, you can’t see.  Do an audit in Ga or Pa.  Put one of them under a microscope.  Either one.   If not enough fraud is found to overturn that State, then you can say, no fraud (or at least not enough to make a difference).   Voting is the foundation of our Republic.  The right has been paid for in blood....  Rivers of blood.   Surely we should take the time to validate our voting process. If not, we’re no longer free, we’re slaves to whomever controls the vote.   Not just conservatives, but all of us.

Inject tenderloins (usually weigh 1-1/2 to 2 lbs each) with Creole Butter turkey injection and let sit to marinade for at least 30 min to overnight.  
Season outside of tenderloins with Tony’s.
Roll in flour only when you’re ready to deep fry.  (I season the flour up a little with Tony’s too beforehand).
Drop in the hot grease at 350 for 10 minutes. Let rest for 20 minutes. 

Slice approx 3/8” thick on this bias. Center should be pink. 
 
Eat plain or dress with a little of that Giblet Gravy. Good Lawd. Lip-smackin’!

My concern is the type of vaccine. If my understanding is correct, it is the 1st molecular DNA based vaccine. That means genetic altering. The results of which may not be known for some time. Survival of the fittest for thousands of years has morphed mankind to where we are today. But this could be the start of something we have no control over. We are the Guinea pigs for this experiment.
