1. Dayton will be finishing up its regular season also in a couple of weeks. I have heard Liberty is having a Little Dribblers tournament the first weekend in March.
 2. Any Tournaments coming up that anyone knows of?

Huckaby has a cannon arm and Mosley is an awesome wr. Makes the team better and tougher to defend against.
I'm not sure about that.  I'm pretty sure that will never happen.  Edmondson would get completely phased out if that happened.  Who is he going to take carries away from?  Herman? Lavalais? Espree? Redmond? Do we even know if Moseley will be here next year?  Liberty has a chance to hire a great coach.  Taylor, Foreman, maybe Huckaby...what keeps him from bouncing back to Liberty if they hire a coach who wants to sling it around.  His buddies will call him and he will have a decisino to make.  I think it's risky to change up everything that has made HD successful this year, to build around one guy who has played two games in a HD uniform.  I mean, we will still be running the slot T.  We are going to remove a QB who runs it perfectly in order to plug in another guy so we can throw three times a game?  I don't think so.  I dont' think the coaches are thinking that far ahead.  They were focused on this game.  I might be wrong, and if i am I will apologize, but this is extremely far fetched.
May even move Mosley to QB. The offense will be lead by Aaron Mosley, Darrell Lavalais and Chris Herman. We ran the slot t because we had too, best for our team based on our personell. Now with Herman discovered as a punishing runner and the explosive Mosley, HD may can run all kinds of offenses. Darrell Lavalais now, is not the only beast.  ;)But if we stick with slot t and move Cade Huckaby to QB, Mosley would be effective at WR. Huckaby has a cannon.
Doubt there will be a QB change, Huckabay is still young and needs to work on his speed. They will stick with the slot-t, Coach Huckabay is a football guru and when it's perfected it's hard to beat. Coach Huckabay is too smart to take that disaster of a job.
I heard Dayton's OC (Krause) was in the running.

 6.
Daytons qb had open receivers all night but would not pull the trigger. Thats why he got yanked towards the end of the first half. Im not going to blame the weather both teams had to play in it. Both defenses played great and dayton pulled it out. Even our kicker who I consider to be one of the best kept shanking punts and giving bh good field position. It was a strange night.
I disagree with Dayton having open receivers all night. We need to take what the defense gives us and BH wasn't giving up the long ball. They wanted to keep everything in front of them and make the tackle.  Give the ball to our athletes on slants, reverses, and other underneath stuff and let them make plays. Also on the jet sweep tell the runner to look to get up field more instead of running to the sideline. We run 50yds and gain two. TURN IT UP FIELD!
 7.
Great defense game by both teams ! BHFan, Smoken Baby with all your 10,000 smack-posts  there is still plenty of crow left over for you to eat .... so get busy !  SBaby how do you like Dayon's "D" now ? All your down hill running several time 's on the goal line got you 6 points "what up" ? Dayton coach's need to mix up the offensive play calling more when we play good team s I think they go into to prevent mode instead of geitting creative. Chambers had a rough game cause BH blitzed almost ever down and we didn't keep them honest by running up the middle then follow by airing it out.  I can't say enough about our defense holding a great grinding it out offense with a huge running back to 6 points .Ugly win but a win is a win is a win. Great game BH you have a soild team and I believe you will make some noise in the play-offs.
I agree jayhawk. Dayton has to many weapons and they don't use half of them. My lil pony carried us for two years and he barely touches the ball now, i don't understand. Anyway great game by both teams.
 8.
19-4A game
Overall this was a great game. The refs wasn't the best as usual, but I thought both teams played well. Dayton has got to get a rotation. To much talent on the bench to not substitute at all. Early in the year 8-9 players would play and now maybe 6 when someone gets in foul trouble. Last night it hurt because Bria had 4 fouls, two were questionable, in the third and didn't take her out. Then she fouled out in the third. I hope this is not a pattern of what's to come are we may have an early exit. Good luck Lady Broncos!!

 10.
I posted this over a year ago and haven't changed my opinion....wonder how may referees Dayton has produced???: I can understand your concern and on the surface it might be frustrating to a Dayton, or other 19-4A fan.  I am not an insider to the officials group (how they are scheduled, etc) you reference, but let me give different perspective.  From what I hear, getting folks to become refs is hard enough and having a group of good, experienced ones is even tougher.  I know these men and women and they are not just in it for the extra cash.  The truly want to provide the area with good officiating.  If you become a referee, you are probably a basketball fan...and you probably support your local team, or even have a kid in the program.  If you exclude anyone with any ties to local basketball or local schools...well, good luck with that.  I'm not offering a solution, just the reality.  What I see is some fine BH area residents who have stepped up and took on a job that a lot of people (including me) would NEVER do.  The fact that there are a lot of BH officials is not BH's fault, ....maybe its the fact that other communities are NOT producing folks who will do it.  It ain't perfect but it could be a lot worse
I agree hillguy and appreciate all the refs. I am simply saying to eliminate any pressure being put on these refs, allow someone with know ties to BH or the other team call the games of this magnitude. They have enough refs to do that because I have saw the list. You would not want refs from dayton calling BH's games. that is all I am saying. It was a great game and looking forward to second match up hopefully with some refs that don't have anything to Dayton or BH and that way hopefully the players will decide who wins and who looses.
 11. Does anyone have the bracket?

No signal in gym 30-22 mid 3rd now.
never like to blame the refs but they blew this one. I think it is unfair to have people from BH calling games like this. It is totally unfair to the opposing team in that situation at the end of the game. If i was dayton i would get refs from houston or one of the other surrounding areas but not bay area.
Seriously?  The foul count was dead even...both teams in double bonus at end of game.  BH didnt get as many players in foul trouble because they played more players, spreading out the fouls.  The calls went both ways.  There were a lot of no calls, like the one with 8 seconds to go when Dayton was TRYING to foul and hammered the BH ball handler to the floor, took the ball and scored....no call.  I'm not sure what the refs ruled at the end, but what I saw on the final play the the ball was tipped by Dayton on the inbound pass into the back of the backboard.  Would have been BH ball even if time hadnt expired.
I thought it hit her hand not the backboard but the ref did not call the out of bounds and blew the whistle on the shooting foul before time expired. Dayton should have went to the line for two FT. So the refs really blew two calls in two seconds that decided the game because it was clear he blew the whistle for the foul before time expired. Again if I was Dayton or any other team in this district I would refuse to use the Bay area chapter when playing BH because they tend schedule BH residents to call their games. NOT RIGHT.
