Once again I’m going to post about things based on my opinion. I’m not intelligent enough to explain this clearly, but y’all will hopefully get the idea. We face numerous problems in this country. One of our big problems is our loss of integrity, honesty and honor. Those are old world words that once had value, meaning. It would be impossible for me to name a single politician with those values. It’s possible there are some, but I don’t know them. So few of us today have them. I, myself fall short in some respects. I pray God will send us such men and women. We need them. Badly.

The late great Orangefield legend Ed Peveto. He put Coldspring on the map for football 🏈. He died tragically of HA MID SEASON THAT YEAR. We later went to state’ I was a freshman in 1992 at Lamar University majoring in nursing. When my parents called me all I remember saying was “All no no no mom and dad not Coach Peveto 😢😢🥺🥺” This was the year he was taking us to the mountain top!! #tdogforlive #pevetopower, #doright. With the school board looking to change the name again at the stadium, why not transfer the name at the stadium on campus at West Brook to the new stadium? Can't think of a more deserving man to have his name on that stadium.
