I have been on here since this board was the smack attack board. If you can't give or take a little good spirited rubbing then you are the problem. It is not about being "trashy" or a keyboard commando. It is about talking sports and not taking ourselves so damn serious as message board coaches or legends from long ago in our own minds. I have played flag football games with this group back when we would play Orange County vs Jefferson County posters. Bringing in the groups from west of the Trinity brought in a whole other level of sensitive whiners and know it all sports gurus. Most on here bring a good analysis and topics for discussion. If you can't do that as well as take a little trash talk in fun then you are in the wrong place and need to stay on the ant mound patting each other on the backs about how don't stoop to such low levels as engaging the fans from the east. And I hope Nederland whips y'alls snobby, whiny butts this Friday.

You can spin it how you want but when you're standing in the voting booth and you HAVE to make a choice between a rude and crude guy that had done a great job as President (I won't bother to list the policies and decisions) and a fool that had almost 50 years in Washington to base your decision on and you vote for biden, you are either (1) have no clue what's going on, (2) you're a total idiot, (3) you actually support the policy of killing babies on a whim, or all of the above. Like I said before, the candidate isn't the problem, the voters you keep defending are. Can't fix stupid!

Personally I think this Coach has a lot to do with it. This is probably one of the least athletic teams(overall) in past few years. They’re just a bunch of kids that love to play football.

I don’t believe anyone who says Trump alienated himself from potential voters with his attitude. Biden hiding in a basement while Trump was drawing record numbers of crowds to his rallies. It is something I have never witnessed before with anybody else. If he was alienating from his voters, the turnouts would have been reversed……tens of thousands vs. 5 people.

Agreed Crosby has some playmakers on both sides of the ball. When they all start making plays it can get ugly fast. However this district is still very competitive. We're definitely gonna be a problem for the other districts in the playoffs

All the teams in district have some good athletes on their team but the different is Crosby has a lot of good athletes on both sides. When Crosby has a bad game they still manage to pull a win out and when they have a good game then they smoke somebody like an Indian smoking a peace pipe.

He absolutely is. Some of them think that living in the same house in the same type neighborhood but having to pay $100k+ more for it is a badge of honor. Kind of how they feel about paying way more for championship coaches to come finish third or miss the playoffs all together.

He's in an echo chamber... he has supporters that clap like seals no matter what he says or does. It doesn't matter if Trump liked John McCain or not... the guy was a legit hero and was beloved in his home state of Arizona. Is it a surprise that Arizonans voted for the guy that DIDN'T take posthumous dump on McCain? Apparently that outcome came as a complete shock to Trump and his loyalists across the country. This is my firm belief. Trump didn't win a single vote with his childish behavior in the first debate. No reasonable person watched that mess and thought... you know, that guy throws a good fit. I'm voting for him. But I can guarantee that Trump's behavior earned Joe Biden a lot of votes. You can't blame that on the media... trump did it to himself.

You know what I've noticed with all the stats? they never mention Yard per carry, Yard per attempt, total attempts, Crosby and PNG has the same offensive numbers and Crosby starters have 60% of the number of plays of PNG.

Here’s hoping neither team has any injuries this week in a hard fought game. There’s playoff games to win for this district.

Wouldn't that be nice but that isn't the world we live in anymore. Coaches are getting harder and harder to get these days because they no longer have the autonomy they once had because of these "snow plow parents" who are way worse than the "helicopter parents." I don't know if this is a fact but I feel that this is true that coaches and teachers are retiring 2 times faster than the colleges are graduating future teachers. And these "new" teachers/coaches usually don't make a career out of teaching/coaching or even 5 years as a teacher/coach after they see the reality of teaching/coaching these days.
