Thanks for those kind words. There is no way I can fill Todd's shoes on my own. It will have to be a group effort. But I will do my best. Today is a little tough. Todd's service today was very nice. I was one of his pallbearers. Got to say my final goodbye today.

During a game, the only mask my kid wears is a face mask on his helmet. It’s silly to have them mask between on and off field during a game.

Would you want that for all people accused or just cops? My thoughts are laws are laws, break them and get what you get. If you come back with the higher standards argument, then shouldn't we hold teachers to that same higher standard? Wouldn't that be different rules for different people? Should a teacher be fined more for speeding than a construction worker?

I’ve known this person for about 20 years. After her divorce, 18 years ago, she went nuts, hung out at bars, hung out in my group somewhat…. I watched her spiral into an alcoholic, or what seem to be an alcoholic, and drug use. I found out she got the BISD job and was making a change in her life for the better. She used to be a teacher, but had not taught in several years….. it looks like her demons won the fight, and now has changed her life forever…..It still blows me away that she was stupid enough to drive with 14 pounds of weed….. Significant drop in running game and outside speed with receivers. Fusilier will be doubled all year and that leaves little to work with. Kendrick is big with nice hands as next option. Just need QB to throw on time. Biggest offense is QB scrabbling after he holds ball too long. Defense is solid up front and Beck will try to separate anyone from keeping the ball or their helmet at LB. Secondary is the question if Fusilier gets tired from running, catching, punting, covering or tackling and needs a breather WO-S by 2 scores

This kid from South Dakota is unreal. In his 7 starts in the playoffs (districts, state, regionals, and LLWS), he's pitched 37.2 innings, and thrown 526 pitches. He's allowed 1 hit, 0 runs, and struck out 100 batters. 37.2 innings means he's retired 113 batters in that time. So including the hit, a grand total of 14 batters have been able to put the ball in play against him.
