According to the Bible, an angel appeared to Joseph and told him to take Mary and Jesus to Egypt to escape orders from Herod to kill all of the male infants in Judea. I have no idea if Joseph, Mary, and Jesus entered Egypt legally, illegally, or if it mattered. I do not know if Egypt had border protections or policies to secure its borders. I do know that Joseph, Mary, and Jesus left Egypt and returned to Judea (Nazareth) after Herod died. Will all of the undocumented visitors to the USA be leaving anytime soon? Just asking for a friend. Regarding the immigration issues facing the USA, I lean toward finding a path to citizenship for those that are here and enforcing border policies going forward. We cannot be a society with open borders. Too many variables regarding national security, economic stability, and sustaining the many different cultures that are vibrant in the USA. I am not an advocate for dividing families or putting mothers and babies in jail. Let's find a common sense way for creating a path to citizenship for those that are here, and then enforcing our borders in a sensible, lawful, and peaceable manner. Your exactly right with Jasper and BS playing good ball. But the meaning behind building confidence is now that #2 want be on the court it will force other guards to take the shots instead of wanting to pass it back out. I think they will be fine and several will step up which is going to be huge for us going into district next Friday. Our record may be lop sided but when you look at who we have played all year we have done pretty good, most of our competition has been against 4A, 3A, 5A and a 6A school. They have been handling pretty good other than most of our guards are very young and first year varsity. OH we figure we will take our lumps pretty good the next 2 games... LOL Jasper has some guys that can light it up from way outside, watched them in the Evadale tournament.... BS is always tough.....

Answer as a liberal is beyond accurate if discussing the Professional Pedagogy and Responsibilities(PPR) Exam. You should try preparing future coaches for that test and have them argue about the answers with you that you disagree with as well. "Look do you want to be a teacher/coach or argue with me over an exam I didn't create?" That's just one of my many go to statements when prepping people for it.

PNG was very gritty and never went away. Shot the deep ball very well and played with more energy than the more talented Dogs. Ned led most of the way, but it was the sloppiest I’ve seen them this season. Coach Smith had a good game plan and the kids bought in. I agree with the guy that said the officiating was bad. Especially the technical call on Jackson for hanging on the rim on the dunk in the final minute. It wasn’t blatant and at the end of a rivalry game I think you gotta let that go. Hefner got mauled most of the night and very few fouls were called. Good performance by PNG. I think they will make the playoffs. I think Ned needs to clean it up a bit if we are gonna compete with Memorial and BH though.

Nederland’s future is very bright, they are starting three freshman, a sophomore and a Junior. Nederland got the game within 1 point in the third qtr. They will be a force to recon with over the next couple of years.

I thought coach Smith had the Indians playing well. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Indians in the playoffs this year.
