Yeah, it seemed to be a pretty universal belief that the numbers will drop. Padilla is usually pretty spot on with his projections though so if he says it's going up then I'd believe him until the numbers actually come out.

Yeah, definitely drop some passes down the middle, if possible, to free up those LB and help the run game. Short quick routes can help get us pass the line of scrimmage if clogged in the middle like last week. The Midlothian LBs were probably the best we've seen all year. Keep them honest and off the line of scrimmage. Of course, I'm just an accountant, lol. I ain't watching film. Just my arm chair analysis -
It wouldn't start.

i dont recall the number(s) ever dropping in my life time ? have they dropped before
-
the audacity!! lol. PAM actually have a team bus painted and wrapped that they were suppose to use for home games. Never got used.
-
I did not see them myself, but I was told Padilla predicted 376-566 for 3A. Cutoff last time was 545. Most people seem to think the number is going to drop pretty drastically and he has it going up pretty drastically (if what I was told is correct). It will be interesting to see. Maybe someone has seen the numbers and can put them out there. I think the last two realignments the numbers were released on December 8th, so maybe next Monday?

No one with any sense believes they are either of those. I know it’s embarrassing that you were proven wrong by the very article you posted, but it is what it is.

Anyone have the Padilla numbers for all classifications? Curious if the actual numbers will get released this Friday?
-
Probably 530 if I had to guess. That’s how lucky OF gets with every realignment for the last 8 years. I can usually tell you what the cutoff for 3A will be according to whatever number OF reports. It’s usually 1-3 kids above their number. 😂

I agree with your assessment of what you just text but since the La Porte game every single team has done the same thing against us defensively which is play man to man on our receivers and put every other available player in the box and run blitz on every single play. So when you have 8 in the box and one 6 lineman and HB to block for the RB you leave 2 players completely unblocked nearly every single play. High school coaches struggle to come up with ways to off set this. And our offensive coordinator and staff definitely struggled last week to come up with anything that worked. Go back and watch the 2023 state game against SOC and see how we schemed against them and hit repeatedly. We ran with a Sophomore QB option plays to the outside edge of the line of scrimmage which aided the inside trap plays, we ran wide receiver screens, crossing routes to receivers, screens to the RB and threw over the top to stretch the field and make the defense make plays 1 on 1 and we had success. Ashworth has athleticism use it this week because if our offense plays like it did against MH we will not advance past this game. And use the HB in the offense they rarely get covered because we never throw the ball to them. Run some RPO plays and hit the HB IN between the line of scrimmage and the safety when they are blitzing their LB on every play it’s wide open. Their is no help in the zone that they will receive the pass in and it’s a quick pass that can devestate a defensive. Our CB have to not let WR get behind them we have given up to many big plays the last couple of weeks and don’t need to. Our run defense has been very good all year but they have to make plays and get off the field and not let SOC have 10 -12 play drives that wear us down. Offensively control the clock be aggressive against their pressure and don’t be afraid to take chances down the field . Special teams will play a huge part in this game and the crowd needs to bring energy that the players feed off of. SOC is #1 because they earned it but they was #1 every time we have played them . Looking for a great game and atmosphere for high school football and praying that neither team comes out of it with any injuries because we have had way more than our share of injuries this season. Good luck to both teams and let the best team win. -

Their outrage is always fake. Hello woke crowd. War is murder. This is why you woke people had to be eliminated from the military. You would question your orders….”What, you mean I have to kill someone?” With you pansies in the military, we would all be speaking German or Japanese…..or not exist.

So the President and NY Mayor getting along is not a good thing? I know this may be tough for you, but in your own words tell me why it is a bad thing?

Thanks for the info as always,

Perhaps you should research the "why" behind it and not just read headlines...... I don't recall you upset or posting about Bidens 2500 drug related pardons, or his 4245 acts of clemency.....the most of ANY President, and he only served one term......he also pardon 6 folks who was convicted of Murder...... When you look at comparisons, your outrage makes ZERO sense.....

Commander-in-Chief has alleged drug runners killed, possibly murdered then he pardons a man serving 45 years for helping get 400 tons of cocaine into the country, in an effort to affect another country’s election. That’s some sick doo doo.

Seemed to be lots of fouls called in this one disrupting any kind of flow. I think half of United's big man points came from the FT line.
