So what would you do differently than Coach Rich and his staff? What scheme would you base out of? Player-wise who would you put where and why? Gotta have WHY with your viewpoint from the COUCH.

Thanks. 👍🏾

2022. Lost to Brenham in the 1st round.

Question: when was the last time Dayton made the playoffs?

Backup QB is our Mr everything Rb #1 Foster he's good but not the same team without Prieto Jr. at the helm. Supposedly both are out if they don't play PNG will have backups in mid - way 1st quarter.

Our exact same plan (which now also includes a $400/year higher deductible/OOP of $4000/year) went up a little over $800/mo. from $2600+ to $3400+. We still fall within the 100%-400% FPL, so still original max assistance pre-Biden extra. Like the commercial says, healthcare in America is broken. Better expand all the emergency rooms in this country. They’re going to be full. If only they gave us the option to actually choose, and only stipulate preexisting condition coverage was required ala new employment. -

Scott Rich is a good coach. I don't think he's the problem. In my opinion, there are a few key factors to consider when gauging Nederland's success this season. The obvious ones are the injuries, the youth and inexperience of this Bulldogs team, and the fallout from the coaching change. But the most significant, long term factor--and the most overlooked, in my opinion--is the difference in enrollment. PN-G is sitting just a hair over 1,700 students in total enrollment, which is squarely in the middle of the 5A enrollment spectrum and in the upper half of the 5A-DII classification. Nederland is sitting a hair over 1.400 students, which is less than a hundred students above the dividing line between 5A-DII and 4A-DI. To put that in perspective, when I was in school 15 years ago, PN-G and Nederland were both hovering around the 1,400 student enrollment mark. PN-GISD has soaked up all the growth in Mid-County while Nederland ISD's enrollment has been stagnant. We could debate why and it's probably a confluence of factors, not just any one, single reason. But whatever the cause, the simple fact is that Nederland's talent pool isn't as strong as its competition on average.

Two best overall defenses in district I believe. Angleton will need Mack back for this game. He's a difference maker & All State caliber DE. Hopefully, his injury wasn't serious. But, all I know is he left the La Porte game on a cart. Angleton had a lot of luck last year in miracle comebacks. This year, they've had all the worst luck with injuries. Haven't seen anything like it happen to one team in such a short span in a while. Maybe never. I know LP was down to their 4th string RB & a JV call-up in the PO's in 2012 when Whitely & others were hurt, and still made the PO run to meet Katy in Regionals. So, a good run can be made. But, it's tough. To lose your QB, backup QB, best--or second best--receiver, and your top DE...dang... If Mack plays, this will be another low scoring affair like last year's 13-8 affair. If not, I have to give Crosby the edge. Robison will be the better passer in the game, Angleton I give a slight edge in the RB area because of depth (Neyland & crew), but neither team is really overpowering running the ball. I can see the Wildcats returning to the T formation, and using Jammer at QB more. Angleton's main weapon is Jammer. Get him the ball however, and whenever, and all the time, and then some more. He's a talent, and can do a lot of things. I like Angleton's coaching decisions on the field. Edge to the Wildcats. They're also at home with a big chip on their shoulder now and in 'circle the wagon mode.' Angleton has the speed advantage in skill positions. Angleton will have multiple trick plays ready to use to find a way to put points on the board. Mack plays, Wildcats by a score or less. Mack doesn't play, Crosby by 3. I'll go somewhere around a 21-17ish type game. I expect both teams to stack against the run. Robison will have some opportunities to complete some passes. But, Angleton's secondary is probably the best coverage he'll have seen. Interesting coaching decision for Crosby will be either to kick to Jammer and risk a return TD, or whether you pooch, and give a weakened O a shorter field. LP chose the former and it bit them right off the bat. Good Luck to both teams & don't beat anybody up any more. 11-5A is gonna' need all hands left on deck for Bidistrict. The games were already going to be tough enough as it was...

chances are those kids have families in PA. It's the old "i hate PAISD" parents that run to nederland and PNG. So yes, it's very possible they can come BACK to PA.

Love horns but I have to go WOS this year -
History says Woodville but based on scores from previous games against WV this year I'm going with ktz by 9. WV has been a slippery slope this year and ktz has momentum. Ktz 42 WV 33
