Gotta give the edge to Buna in this game...Warren is strong but Buna is in my opinion is a bit better rounded.

Not Warren being less than average lol they've looked good in all their games. Didn't they play Buffalo though? In the Grovetom tournament.

Yes, Buffalo. They threw a kid being recruited by some college or other, he lasted
 1-2/3 innings. We didn't make the schedule we just play it.

This is Warrens year. These kids have been preparing for this year since they were 5 yrs old. Buna will be lucky if they are not run ruled. Warren is legit,dont know why they arent playing a tougher schedule.Kids can play on a much higher level than 2A.Coach shouldnt be scared because the kids sure arent.

Don't agree with the first part. I think it'll be a close game. But I do agree with the tougher schedule part. You would think improvement would mean more than success to a program like Warren has been over the past couple years.

Alot of college programs will recruit on potential more than success and talent. If he's a 6'3" 185lb lefty and is anything above average, he will get some attention. Like Colby Price out of Kountze last year. Tall, skinny lefty. A little above average. Nothing special. But all the potential in the world due to his size and mechanics.
And no, you don't make the schedule. Your coach does. And scheduling teams like that will keep you in shape and from getting rusty. But it won't improve your team to compete better in district and more importantly for Warren, the playoffs.

I think this will be a great game, it has been for the past few years. I am going to have have to go with my Warriors by 3. Eagles fan how is Woodville doing? I have not seen anything posted on them.

I have no idea. My personal schedule has conflicted with their schedule all season so I haven't been able to make my way there yet. But I do plan on going up to the Woodville Tournament this week and see a few games and speak with coach.
