$5,000 Teacher Pay Raise

Does anyone know if we’re gonna get the $5,000 pay raise starting in the Fall? I’m confused

It has passed the Senate and was submitted for consideration by the House three weeks ago and has not moved. There are still about 4 weeks left in the session.

Contact your representative as well as ur district state board of education.  Gotta keep it on there minds. Can’t let this sit

A lot of places got raises, but at the smaller schools most only got a 1-3 thousand dollar raise. Depends on the school district
