That was probably the best they played this year. And it was a game they had a couple of chances to get back in and be competitive.

I'm not ready to concede 0-10 because the district is bad and football is a funny game but I'm counting down the days until basketball season starts. Oct 24 can't come soon enough.

Ok, I grew up right down the road from Huntington and you could never in 1 million years have made me believe that Huntington would even sniff the same ball field as Livingston. I am utterly and totally in shock. This is outrageous. As a former Zavalla Eagle, we had a sort of rivalry with Huntington though we rarely played at the high school level. They were, alo0ng with Broaddus our closets neighbor. This is the same Livingston team that came to the Reservation a few years ago and took it to a pretty solid Indians team. I am in shock. What has happened for them to fall so far?

Huntington beats Livingston. Livingston has fallen deep.  Who wins, Livingston or Warren?

Good for Huntington, but I do feel bad for Coach V. I have seen coach Vanover build a program so Livingston is certainly not done long term.

Has anybody considered that Huntington just might be headed in the right direction?

That for the first time in their History they have a coach that really gets it?

That they are putting kids in the right positions to be successful and actually playing real football?

I really don't know, but it's a thought.

Huntington is trending up. They looked good. They ran plays that fit their personnel. Their kids hustled and didn't get flustered in the third quarter when things should have tightened up. I tip my hat to them.

For Huntington they’re doing well. Huntington hasn’t won more than 3 games in a season. Ever. That’s why they’re often discredited. Their district doesn’t help. But for a place like Huntington, it doesn’t get fixed overnight. Who knows, they could be turning it around.

For Huntington it’s all about getting better. Progress is being made.

So you are saying that every coach that has Coached in Huntington before you did not "Get It"

You are disrespecting a lot of good men.

I have NO IDEA what you are talking about. Never disrespected anybody. I have no idea who all of the coaches have been in Huntington. I'm sure there are some very good coaches and some great men on that list. Just because somebody does not win, does not make them a bad coach or a bad person. Never said anything bad about anybody.
