I was referring to Manvel and Marshall. Manvel would not want to call out Marshall, because that would be the pot calling the kettle black.

No, he is at Navy now.

The NC QB played WR last year. He is a good athlete and made huge strides in offseason. NC will be competitive and should finish in top three. Porter does return their QB and will be competitive as well. Both are well coached.
