.
The biggest lead was 56. There were no bench warmers and never any question about who maintained the momentum. Coach Sutherland rotated 2-5 players in at a time. I have gathered during District play the object is NOT to run up the score, but rather to keep every game competitive while giving every player the most significant play time as possible. Playtime seems to be directed at honing individual skills and promoting greater communication as a team. Subtle signals are constantly being passed between players and it is almost impossible to read. After 32 games, many of their responses/moves/positions have become reflexes. Hopefully, the Bucs will continue to improve their skill sets and learn from their mistakes. While moving closer toward regional completion, the degree of difficulty will also increase revealing whether they have learned the lessons necessary to reach the highest levels of 3A competition. In my opinion, #12 gave the strongest performance on behalf of Anahuac. Crawford72
