I have the following items for sale.   Text me at 409-284-2879 if you want a photo.

  • Jugs soft toss machine.   Rechargeable battery powered.   This machine is in extremely good condition.   It allows you to load balls and it automatically soft tosses them up to be hit into a net. New cost is $200.   I'm selling this one for $95.
  • 2 dozen Jugs dimpled softball machine balls.  Most are new and only slightly used, and some are older.   New balls would cost $60.   I'm selling these for $30, and will throw in a ball bucket with padded seat in great condition for free ($15 value).
  • 15 Total Control balls (TCB 82).  10 of these balls are new, 5 are used, but in great condition.   These are the weighted balls you see girls use to warm up with at the tournaments.   Essential!   But they are expensive.  New these balls run $140.   I'm selling these for $70, and will throw in a ball bucket with padded seat in great condition for free ($15 value).
  • Softball wagon with CUSTOM WELDED BAT BAG RACK.  Will hold an entire teams bat bags.   I love this wagon, but it's time to continue on it's journey with someone else that can continue it's use.  It's been painted a few time to match team colors.   All that's needed is for you to spray paint it the colors you want.  We've mounted fans on this thing before, equipped it with port. generator, carried coolers, stereo systems, etc.   Comes equipped with clip board clips.  You want this if you are a coach.   The wagon alone new was $90.   Then we had a welder make the rack.   I'm selling this wagon for $50.  Again, you'll want it if you see it.
  • BRAND NEW WITH TAGS - Mizuno GMVP Utility 1250F1 Softball Glove.   Still in the plastic and never used.   This is my daughters favorite glove model, so I bought two for her to get through high school with, and her first one still is in great shape.  She's now a senior, so looking to sell this one at a reduced price for someone.  Very quick break-in on these gloves.  New this glove was $100, but I see on the internet they are selling for $75 now.   I'll sell this BRAND NEW glove for $60.

Just call or text me if interested in any of these great deals.   Again it's 409-284-2879.

Update.     I haven't used the Jugs soft toss machine in awhile.   So put it on a charge.  The battery is bad.  I looked up a replacement battery, and it's $38.    I'll give this machine away for FREE.  But only to someone that has a team and will commit to buy the battery and put it to work.   I really want this stuff to go to people that will put it to good use for the girls.  The machine works when it's plugged in, so I know it's good and the only issue is the battery.  Call me if interested.

    • That there’s not a single thread on the fact that the Republican nominee is on trial for paying off a porn star with whom he had an affair while the future First Lady was carrying said nominee’s child.    I remember back when the dirty, no-good Dems sacked Gary Hart over something similar. Same thing with John Edwards and later Anthony Weiner.    But y’all keep pretending God is on your side, lol.
    • I hear what you’re saying, BUT… that hammers the hell out of poor people and the ones with multiple properties don’t eat any more than the poor ones. In fact, you’d basically just be taxing a lot of peoples’ EBT payments. The government  can’t get ahead by taxing what they’re already borrowing to give to people.    I think well off people should pay more… but the scale as it exists is broken.    For the sake of argument, my mom’s house in Groves is valued at $125k. 2/1/1 on a slab.  Her tax bill is $850/year. Without exemptions, her bill would be 3200. It’s right on JCAD’s website. The problem is this…. If someone tries to rent out an identical house, they’d expect to get, what… $1200/month? If you take into account that homeowners/windstorm/flood is a minimum of another $2k per year, you’d need $5k a year just to cover the taxes and insurance. That’s four months (1/3 of the year) just to cover those costs, not counting a potential mortgage payment. But then everybody cries about how expensive rents are… you can’t tax the hell out of non-homestead property to make up for gifts given to homeowners in the form of big tax cuts. It just doesn’t work.    Ten acres in Lumberton? I’ve got a buddy with 10 acres in Lumberton on HWY 69. Prime property… it’s his retirement plan. Sale it one day and cash in. The CAD decided that it no longer qualifies for a special use valuation (timber) and stripped his “exemption.” His 2023 tax bill jumped from $25 to $22,000…. It’s insane.
    • I’m curious what happened… they aren’t even in full pads yet.
    • They’re going to have win almost all remaining games and get finals of tournament to think about an at-large. When LU was in the WAC, Grand Canyon got an at-large after New Mexico St came out of nowhere to win conference tournament. Grand Canyon had a dang good resume that year. It can happen, but resume wise isn’t in their favor.
